Cody, an employee for Hahn, subsequently came out and found the source of leaking into the brick wall. He fixed that promptly. He also did maintenance for my entire roof, and caulked and fixed other aspects of my metal roof. He's extremely capable. Despite this, because again the way my roof drained, there was water coming over my flashing and hitting my window. At this point, a gutter recommendation was given. After the gutters were installed, there hasn't been any problem whatsoever. I will give a separate review of the gutters (On The Edge Gutters). I highly recommend Hahn's roofing.

Anyway, Arrow Roofing did tell us that we still could get by with a few more years, which we really appreciated that they were so honest. So now a few years after that positive experience we chose Arrow. They did an amazing and professional job. The crew was friendly and efficient and customer service was outstanding. They pointed out where some fascia needed replacing and were great about taking care of that. We especially liked that they are locally owned.

I had a picture window replaced through Graham BuildingLLC/SureBuild. I purchased an Anlin double…read morepane, low E window which is documented on my receipt. There is a problem with a likely broken seal on the window. Calls and emails to the sales rep and SureBuild have gone unanswered. it seems that Graham Building LLC is no longer in business. I called Anlin as they have a limited lifetime warranty. After much research by Anlin I was informed that neither Graham Building, SureBuild, nor the sales rep are or ever have been authorized Anlin dealers and that they have no documentation of an Anlin picture window being purchased in the time frame that mine was ordered and installed. Apparently I was scammed and have filed a complaint with the AZ attorney general. Anlin will be sending an inspector to determine if it is actually an Anlin window and if it was installed correctly. SureBuild responded to my Google review asking me to send a copy of my receipt to a fake email and gave an obviously fictional 555 phone number. They think this is a joke. Just don't let the joke be on you!
