Hale's did such a sensational job on my roof and drywall repairs I had full faith and trust that they would be my top choice. I reached out to Paige at Hale's administration to see if they would accept the project and the response was positive. Ben, Hale's estimator, was once again awesome to work with! He was patient and assisted with my ideas, revisions, and drafting requirements. Ben ultimately presented a bid at an unbeatable competitive price. Once gaining the permit and design plan Hale's went into action immediately. Paige kindly and efficiently handled all the admin. "Felipe" Jose Felipe Martinez the construction manager conducted the project with strong integral leadership, expert professionalism, organization, and accomplished carpentry knowledge. The project expanded "in real time" to include a small closet and door framing which was no problem for the crew and approved by the Building Department. Felipe generously adjusted the pricing to best fit the project scope and I was so grateful for this! Miguel the carpenter and his assistant Francisco produced outstanding carpentry with skilled precision, proficiency, and creativity. Felipe, Miguel, and Francisco were well versed on the technical aspects of the wall cut out, framing, electrical protection, flooring impacts, and visual aesthetics. Then Gerald and Ricky, Hale's drywall guru masters, polished off the project with their amazing drywall skills of excellence and perfection. All staff was 100% solid, kind, honest, courteous, prompt, well presented, trustworthy, and respectful. My floors, furniture, fixtures, and property were nicely protected and immaculate during the entire job. The pass through, closet, and doorway turned out spectacular! I am VERY happy! Anyway, Arrow Roofing did tell us that we still could get by with a few more years, which we really appreciated that they were so honest. So now a few years after that positive experience we chose Arrow. They did an amazing and professional job. The crew was friendly and efficient and customer service was outstanding. I had a picture window replaced through Graham BuildingLLC/SureBuild. I purchased an Anlin double…read morepane, low E window which is documented on my receipt. There is a problem with a likely broken seal on the window. Calls and emails to the sales rep and SureBuild have gone unanswered. it seems that Graham Building LLC is no longer in business. I called Anlin as they have a limited lifetime warranty. After much research by Anlin I was informed that neither Graham Building, SureBuild, nor the sales rep are or ever have been authorized Anlin dealers and that they have no documentation of an Anlin picture window being purchased in the time frame that mine was ordered and installed. Apparently I was scammed and have filed a complaint with the AZ attorney general. Anlin will be sending an inspector to determine if it is actually an Anlin window and if it was installed correctly. SureBuild responded to my Google review asking me to send a copy of my receipt to a fake email and gave an obviously fictional 555 phone number. They think this is a joke. Just don't let the joke be on you!
