Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me.   Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.) I'm listing my home soon, grateful to have the value of a new roof and skylights making all the difference.  He's even going to drive my 26 foot U-Haul for me on the day that I have to move and that says a lot about his dedication to his customers.  I would only recommend using Arizona Sky Roofing every time....  When you call ask for Albert Bronson.  Or just call him at 602-809-7277.

The current organization is competitive, organized, communicative, and transparent. The never-ending sun can wreak havoc on roofing. I am not too excited to go up on the roof from time to time to see what's going on up there. Conor and his team made that effort less necessary by using 'before' and 'after' pictures to inform customers throughout the process. Administratively, Shannon adds to the effort with emails, texts, and phone calls when needed. Vic and Cruz were there to do the work respectfully and seamlessly. In a highly competitive marketplace like this, there are few local 'entrepreneurs' who are not as good. We paid this and This process took over two months and their rendition was exactly what we handed them on the first day. When the process was over they came back with a final quote for 62,000 more than 20,000 over what they initially said cost would be with absolutely no changes and were not interested in working to reduce the cost. Very disappointed in them and their process especially since we had told other companies we were going with someone else and they took more than two months to essentially tell us they misrepresented their capabilities and costs. Edit after their response: they were told from the beginning the size of fireplace we wanted and that we wanted microcement. I knew that the initial verbal was meant to be non formal but $20,000 is not anywhere close. Their response also says they offered to change things, which their changes would still not have come within 10,000 of the high end of the original verbal estimate. Nothing major changed from the first day when we told them specifics of what we wanted.
