Seriously she is so incredible at helping you find the flooring that will be best suited for any living situation. We have a manufactured home and the best flooring was chosen to accommodate slight shifting of the home. Her boss is really amazing too. These folks are in the business for us locals,, not the big corporations. They care about customers, and treat us like family. They make sure that you have enough flooring to cover the job and then have a few extra to have on hand. I feel the price is very fair. My quality for my entire home was a slightly cheaper than Home Depot waterproof flooring. And the flooring from Flagstaff Wholesale Flooring is much better quality and thicker. I am very happy. My home is still not fully done, so for now the photo below shows how nice the flooring looks. The color can be darker in darker lighting and with natural bright lighting it looks lighter. Quite frankly I LOVE the color. I highly recommend Flagstaff Wholesale Flooring!

Tiffany was indispensable as she was super accommodating in helping me to find what I was looking for. She had the foresight to order a sample of all 3 styles which I was very impressed by & grateful for. IFC offered a wide selection of wood floor samples from which I found exactly what I wanted! Pricing was fair and competitive with other flooring companies in the area. I told him he was a wood flooring artist! "When it comes to wood floors...it's all about the installation!" All in all, we couldn't be happier. Our floors are beautiful! We had two local flooring experts try to advise them and help them- but Forever Floors competency level was too low. So we now have the pleasure of spending more money to fix their mess. If you decide to still use them, make sure that you have in the fine print that they need to actually clean up after themselves, including sweeping and mopping after an install. You may also want to try the marble trick. You know, where you roll it on the floor to make sure the boards are level. Guess whose kitchen is completely lopsided? Yup, ours! But I guess that's what you get when you don't do the research! We even called Jay to come look at the work and found out he never looked at the job site site until we demanded it. His team of two left personal items behind ( including an interesting handbook on tasers, that they enjoyed reading instead of working on our floors). Jay kept promising to make it right. We gave up. BEWARE!!!! They do not know how to install install hardwood or engineered hardwood floors. We also had to tell them how to caulk a baseboard and they still couldn't figure it out. They actually put white caulking over the wood so that had to be redone too. So- if you want the worst in the business- feel free to reach out and I'll send you videos, texts and receipts of this nightmare company and their work.

I'm very happy with the collaborative effort during planning and with the results - his initial estimate was impressively close to the final cost! I already plan to work with Tony on additional home upgrades next year. I'm concerned with writing such a great review that he'll have too many inquiries and not have time to fit me in!

The difference between Majestic and other quotes we got: Majestic's installers do the quotes. They can diagnose issues during the quoting process and before the job starts. They quote for the whole project. There are no hidden fees like the floor prep, which is often quoted as an open ended $ amount per hour and unknown materials. This could have been a huge issue for us with another company, as Majestic spent a lot of time correcting our floor so it was properly level and prepared. They both sell the product and install. The product was very competitively priced and if there are any problems there would be no finger pointing to a third party. We had complete confidence in their professionalism from day one. Why their work excels. As flooring experts, they made recommendations on how the pattern could flow, which is opposite of what we had previously in the house and made a lovely difference. The job itself could not have gone smoother for us. They were always prompt, explained the progress and timeline thoroughly and completely cleaned the job site each day. They made sure we could live comfortably in our home as the project progressed. They are perfectionists in their work, which is very valuable for projects that remodel your home.
