Discovered rot on the stairs and was able to repair/replace. Fantastic caulking job on our entire house prior to painting. Their attention to detail was superb. Really a top notch job! He then repaired some damaged drywall surfaces in several rooms before he and Todd and painted it and other interior rooms. The roof was leaking so it was a necessity. I had 5 roofers give me estimates, most within the same price range, but no one would call back, or get me on the schedule. Finally I reached a live person at Bow Tie!! within days I had the estimate resolved, signed and sent a deposit. I was finally put on the schedule!! Hooray! even if I had to wait until November, at least this was progress. Surprise, surprise, I get a text saying they received the check, and could they start work? Very punctual. Project was completed ahead of schedule.. The deck still showed some of the old color in the creases, and was damaged by rain right after completion. He sent his team back out to make it perfect. Additionally, he sent them out one additional time to paint a couple of down spouts (I know what they are technically called now) after they had been reinstalled. (Had a new roof put on.) Junior and Jordan were great! I am a very detailed person and they met/exceeded my expectations. Select them, you will not regret it. I was not paid to leave this review.
