Awesome! Excellent! Efficient! Considerate! Competitive! Highly recommend for any size move. Recently under new ownership/management, Andrew and his crew were fabulous. Our crew included Andrew, Juan, and Vincent. All 3 were wonderful. They took care with our stuff and we did not experience any damage or loss. They young men placed our stuff down in the house and literally ran back to the truck, something about part of their workout, but they seemed to have never ending energy. They were respectful to my husband and I as well as all of our crap. Mid day I brought pizza and sodas and you would have thought it was the best meal they ever had. I say this to mean they seemed genuinely grateful. Throughout the day i never heard bad language and they were dressed appropriately in company shirts. They were prepared with all their tools and moving equipment. They made a potentially gruesome day into a highly production and easy day for "Us"! They sure lived up to their motto, "We Take The Stress Out of Moving!" With happy attitudes and strong arms, the guys made short work of a large load. They had two drop off stops, a few miles apart, and still beat the quote by a longshot. My husband and I have moved A LOT. I had a two bedroom singlewide mobile, we moved in ourselves, took 45 min to load truck, just the two of us retired people, and 30 min to unload. We were not going to do it again, so we hired this outfit. All boxes were same size, stacked 3 high, so just a scoop with the dolly and go. All doors, and drawers were shrink wrapped so no unexpected disasters would happen. It took two young men 4 hours and 20 min to load and unload. My antique dresser was upside down, needless to say the top of dresser finish was gouged, edges broken completely off. All my wood furniture looked like it had been drug down a dirt road, and my recliner was broken. My wood floors in new house were stretched and gouged beyond repair. The icing was the owner trying to over charge me after telling me prior how much it would cost for the first 4 hours. I do not recommend them at all, even the owner is a jerk. We live in Overgaard, and there are no local moving services. Our job was small but involved heavy, awkward furnishings moved up and downstairs. I easily scheduled our job by email from their website and the time was confirmed that morning, as was the cost of the movers. Two young men arrived on time; they were pleasant, courteous and very professional. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them without hesitation. read more

We had the BEST experience with Marvel Movers, from setting up an appointment with the owner Jamison Paredas, to the guys he sent out to help unload our U-Haul. They were highly recommended by our realtor & can see why she recommends them. The 2 guys, Matthew & Douglas treated our belongings as if they were their own. These guys did a great job moving some very heavy stuff for us. Arrived ON TIME and made 2 stops to deliver the heavy items to the intended recipients. They worked swiftly, were courteous and very helpful. They took great care to make sure everything maintained integrity. CUSTOMER BEWARE! Marvel Movers is a unprofessional, unorganized and shady company. FIRST, they quoted me a higher price then advertised online, which they did finally agree to charge me the lower price online. SECOND, they hounded me for two days to try and change my scheduled day or time because they overbooked! I ended up canceling with them because my nerves were shot dealing with their mess. THIRD, they showed up anyways to move my brother after I had already cancelled. This is were it gets disturbing, they knew my brother was a senior and handicap and that I was planning this move in another city. They showed up earlier then what I had originally scheduled with them, because I believe they tried to steal business from the new company I hired. They tried to get him moved before the other company showed up! That's unethical! I cancelled the move with the owner Katrina, so what does that tell you.... THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS!! read more
