do not use this uhaul! I made an appointment for hitch install and received email confirmation…read more manager said they had plenty of time to order parts but would call if any problems. I received no calls or emails so arrived at my appointed time. clerk said parts did not arrive and she had changed the appointment in the system the day before (on Sunday) but forgot to call or send an email. it was over an hour drive and I complained and she said "sorry" and they would let me know when the parts arrived. I was slightly annoyed but things happen. next day received a call from the installer. he was very rude and belligerent and said I never had an appointment and he didn't know when he could install the hitch. he said it was my fault for not checking. when I pointed out I had an email with the time and date and assurances by the manager they would call if any delays. I also said I understood things happen but didn't appreciate both the receptionist and installer making it sound like this was my fault. "installer said he did t like my attitude and would cancel the order and hung up. was very weird and manager had said my car was difficult to install a hitch on so think the installer was looking for an excuse and just didn't want to do it. extremely poor customer service and strongly tecommend avoiding this uhaul.
