There are many lodges and summer homes for those that come up to this area. The larger population allows lots of restaurants and stores. We can't wait to try some of them. They are worth checking out. There are also outdoor activities to enjoy in this area. Lakes, woods and wildlife provide activities in nature. No one came to help. Finally, some tall person helped me get the water I needed. Their comment was that no Walmart person can be bothered to help from their experience. This is the worst service I have ever received at any Walmart. On an other note, this store has a very poor selections of Products. The store is significantly bigger that the stores in Phoenix with more room between the rows, which is nice, but the selection is about what half of what I have seen at any other store.

Yelp Review - Walmart Supercenter #4355 (Taylor, AZ)…read more I had a frustrating experience at this Walmart on June 6 around 7:30 PM while trying to purchase the Apple Pencil Pro, which was listed on Walmart.com for $99 and marked as available for pickup at this store. The item was retrieved from in-store stock and scanned, but the price didn't match the online listing. When I explained I was in the process of purchasing it through Walmart.com, a manager was called over to help. That's when the situation went downhill. The manager immediately told me I couldn't get the online price unless I used Affirm (which wasn't true), then claimed the item had a different SKU (also false--it was confirmed to be the same). She kept shifting the reasoning to block the sale without checking policy or verifying anything I was showing her. I remained calm and respectful, but she continued to talk down to me and insisted I cancel the order--even though the item was in stock and ready. I even mentioned that I needed the item for an urgent project due the next day, but she showed zero concern and kept inventing new reasons I couldn't buy it. It felt more like a power play than a customer service decision. This isn't how any store should treat someone trying to make a legitimate purchase. I hope store leadership addresses this internally--because being dismissed and misled like this, especially in a small town, is unacceptable.

I went into the store and the signs are a bit misleading bc it shows one price as a sale price but then you are required to buy at least three items in most cases to get that price. I see there is a class action suite about just this so it would seem you might want to clarify better. I do however want to express my sincere gratitude for an employee who went the extra mile to help me look up a discount on my phone. Please know how grateful I am and how you made my day. It is the only department store in town so I do check here often. The store is clean and I was greeted immediately upon entering. This store doesn't have a big inventory. They still have some nice clothes but kitchenware is almost bare, bedding is ok but they didn't have tablecloths. I wish this store would have more inventory so I could shop here more often. I would definitely support them. They also could use more staff. I tried something on and never saw any staff near the fitting room. Sadly, I had to give them a (generous) 3.

This Ross, however, has a limited inventory. There were only a few pots and pans and nothing we wanted. I walked through some of the other areas and found the same thing. I'm sure I'll try again when looking for other things and hope I find more inventory. Maybe they had a run on their stock and were sold out of many things. Let's hope! I will revise my review then.
