Understanding that I chose to live near the middle of nowhere, having postal service with friendly folks is a treat. Once a week I travel to the post office, it is a fifteen mile journey through the hot, dusty mountain desert where sunburn, heat stroke and dehydration is a constant threat. I look forward to the happy faces and the bowl of candy. The public area is always clean and maintained. I don't know how they do it but I have never had to avoid stray cattle, horses or wild donkeys in the parking lot.

My packages got sent to the local post office I called them 25 times over a four day. Never getting an answer, I drove 65 miles to the post office. They were open and they told me my packages were just sent back. I asked him if the phones were down because I called them so many times they said they have the wrong phone number listed. I told him I called the Post Office main # to locate a post office to , get the phone number for the Concho post office and they gave me the same number I had been calling it's the wrong number so they don't get any phone calls. Maybe they like it that way but it cost me 130 mile round-trip to get nothing would've been nice to get a hold of somebody at the Post Office . I was trying to reach the post office I was trying to reach was in Concho,, AZ 85924. Someone should look into that. And post the correct number that was rather frustrating.

I was told right from the start to leave my gate open on pickuo days. Understandable, they don't have extra time to be opening and closing everyone's gates. The last two pickup times, I had to be out of town on the pickup days. I got a call from the office. And to my surprise, both times they went ahead and opened the gate to empty my bin. I had taken my phone to another place to replace a battery and he said it's possible that they broke my screen and swapped it without saying anything. He showed us the difference between the OEM screens he uses and the after market ones and it was clear why I was having touch screen issues. For the past few days I've only been able to fit one charging cord in my iPad as opposed to any of the 4-5 I have plugged in all the time, and the cord that did fit was really loose and would fall out if you didn't sit it just right and then was very spotty about it's charging. It would start, stop, start, stop, and so on and it occurred to me there might be something in the charging port. I was right. I do pay for Apple Care but didn't want to send my iPad away for a week or whatever so I looked up here on the mountain. I also didn't want to try it myself because if you screw up your USB port on a several hundred dollar gift from your girlfriend, you might not have a girlfriend for much longer- lol. I asked Isaac if he was Apple certified over the phone and he said yes, he in fact, was. I didn't actually think to verify it while there but that was because he fixed my iPad in about half a second with I believe it was a teeny set of tweezers, then told me that some USB charging cords actually have two pieces on the end (charging part) plug of the cord, then there's the plug then over it which is the safety mechanism, a kind of coating I guess that locks the cord into the iPad, you know it's there when you hear that little click and the iPad locks into place. Anyway, I guess when I pulled out the cord recently the safety coating stayed locked in the iPad and the cord came out without it, which is why it was so loose and no other cord would go into the port. Isaac fixed it in no time, wiped down my screen even and was trying to get some spots off it but had no luck because I told him they were inside the glass, not out, because the bottom right corner of my iPad has a little bit of a gap from where the glue dried up and came off. He recommended I do send into Apple for that and I probably will at some point but not right now. But he did this and told me not even to worry about paying for it, it was so quick. I told him for my fee I will write a review and post it everywhere so here it is. 5 star service.
