USPS, UPS and Fed Ex all worked together to help us get our packages and there was seldom an issue. At the Vernon Post Office, there lives a man named John who hates getting mail addressed to Vernon when our mail delivery is from Concho. Instead of holding our packages for 24 hours as he and one other person said they would, they simply return our packages and seem to delight in making our lives more difficult. The last package was returned in LESS THAN 20 MINUTES. Even though we were tracking the package, it was marked "returned" before we could even leave for the post office. John is unprofessional and rude to customers. We were warned when we moved here about "Vernon Post Office is HORRIBLE" , and now we see why.
