I was at the UPS store in Show Low, AZ. just a little before their closing time on August 7, 2025 and I didn't catch the girls name but she was working with JR Santiago (whom I know), and she saw I was struggling with my emphysema because of the fact that we had several forest fires within 50 miles and there was smoke and ash hovering over the whole town, and she brought me free Gatorade and water from the employee fridge, I'm not sure If that's a UPS store thing, but I greatly appreciated it. Do not ever use UPS to deliver an overnight package if it has any value to you in terms of trying to close a business transaction. I sent a package for overnight delivery to Dallas and the package went to California instead and has still not been delivered two days later. Every date and time they promised has been broken. I will lose a a tremendous amount of money because of the unreliability of UPS. read more

I had one small item to return and there were ten people in line ahead of me. The counter staff were handling shipping, packing, copying, printing and returns, some of which obviously took longer than others. In spite of that the line still moved relatively quickly and the staff was efficient. At my primary UPS Store location they have an area for you to scan and bag your own returns. I can be in and out of there in under a minute. If this location would utilize the same system I would have awarded five stars. But instead I had to wait in line for 10 minutes for a 30 second transaction. read more

We love the UPS stores that we have used and this one is no exception. We had some things to ship and other things to take care of. Service was friendly, quick and accurate. We got all our do-dads (technical term) and they took the items to be shipped and our paid and printed label and would take care of packing and shipping. You can't get easier than that. The prices are high but I understand I'm paying for convenience. The customer service seems good and the people working here seem nice. Sometimes it is difficult to find a parking spot in front of the building and you need to park on the side of the building or in the Home Depot parking lot. The price for boxes and packaging material are more than double what you would pay at The U-Haul place in Lakeside (best price in town for boxes and packaging material) or Lowes, Home Depot and Walmart, all of which are within walking distance to this UPS store. I expect to pay 20% to 25% more for convenience; however, being more than double in price is not being competitive. Would get a four (4) star if they had more parking spaces and would get a five (5) star if they had competitive pricing on boxes and packaging supplies. read more

My heart is broken. I have had a few issues with UPS, like putting my mail in my neighbors mailbox once or twice or it shows up not on time. Well, this is where I draw my line. I got my package which says fragile on it!!! It came so broken my package inside was broken. The shipper made sure it was going to be protected instead UPS destroyed my package. (Which it was a gift for my partner). Sad part is the fact they won't do anything to help. I opened my box before calling and now they refuse to help. Since I opened my box it's now my problem. I would like to sincerely thank Show Low UPS Driver Rasheed. On 1/24 Rasheed was delivering a package and I fell down the steps and slit my hand on the pavement trying to break the fall. I was hurting badly and my hand was bleeding. I yelled for help and Rasheed and my husband immediately came to my aid. They were extremely careful to pick me up but I was bleeding on Rasheed. At 78 with osteoporosis I was very scared to get up in fear of broken bones. But they very carefully picked me up and I was apologizing to Rasheed for bleeding all over him. They were able to carefully get me in the house and take care of the bleeding and my husband assisted in removing the blood from Rasheed. Rasheed was so glad I had not broken any bones and insisted that the bleeding on him was no problem and was so glad that I would be alright. UPS should be very proud of Rasheed's kindness and help. The woman apparently in charge, Kate, was extremely rude and short with customers AND staff. My group (three people) needed papers printed, some copies made, and notary assistance which we had called ahead for before going to the store. Upon arrive we could hear Kate yelling at customers and staff inside as we walked up to the doors, telling customers to use the kiosk inside of asking for help, yelling at an Amazon worker just also trying to do her job, criticizing her staff who we're scrambling to keep up with her never ending list while she ran between three people leaving them on the same task every time. After thirty minutes and the rush settled we were just waiting on her for notary assistance and she continued to ignore and run around yelling at her employee over a check on her desk while we stood there waiting. After embarrassing her staff she finally helped us but took her sweet time telling us what she'd be doing for her holidays, how she enjoys her time away, and proceeded to keep us there for an additional 15 minutes when all we needed was stamps. We will no longer be taking our business to The UPS Store due to ignorance and lack of respect for her employees or customers. read more

First time I used this business. Sent packages no problem. One to a PO Box which can be an issue with UPS, but they simply explained that there is an interface which takes an extra day. As a person with my own PO Box and no home delivery, I know that's how it works. I'm OK with that. I also had difficult copies to make (about 80 pgs) and they finished quickly and accurately while I did another errand. All in all, super service!! read more

I can't say enough good about the manager and staff because they say it themselves in the excellence they provide..The store is always clean, organized and has personal touches that make you comfortable when it's busy. If something is wrong they make it right with a smile. Personally, I have had several issues with mail and packages and they have fixed it every time because of their knowledge and professionalism. Note to corporate -- I would like to suggest a sun shade of some sort for the entry window and doors. I am still waiting for my refund on a project I needed printed. The Show Low location is unable to print manuals over a certain number of pages. I asked for the order to be cancelled because I didn't want my manual split into 3 manuals. Unfortunately, nobody knows how to change the order or cancel it in the system. I did receive an email saying my order status was changed; however, the order status shows no change in my account. After countless emails and talking to staff in-person, I have finally given up. I will not be using this location for printing projects. read more

Guy told me they don't ship UPS customer packages, and that I would need to go to a real UPS location, so I went elsewhere. I had an appointment for notary service. Made that appointment 10 days in advance and received a confirmation email. Documents were already dated to be signed that day so had to be notarized that day. Called the day before to ask question and confirm appointment and was told notary wouldn't be in. Went to mail some overnight closing documents with urgency on a Saturday. Got a call from Escrow company on Monday saying they will not receive until Tuesday according to tracking. After contacting UPS, they said they could not help because this is an independent store. What should have happened, tell customer this will not be overnight because of weekend! OR put up a sign saying so. Also did not have a notary available on Friday prior. Very Poor! read more
