They have moved and they're working on make the new facility easier to find. I find that they are friendly and helpful and I think the new location will help them be successful. They worked really hard on it and they deserve our support to make it work. They get my dry cleaning done quickly and efficiently and there's no issues with the cleaning that they do for me so they get an A+ as far as I'm concerned they're a little further away from me, but that's OK. I've been using Quality Dry Cleaning ever since moving here in 2018, and have always been very happy with the quality of their work. Staff is always friendly/professional as is the owner, Ashley. I get a much better outcome here than I have previously with the chains in the Northeast (Massachusetts/New Jersey) and Midwest (Indiana). And....it's a home town business! I only use them because they are the only dry cleaner in Show Low that I can find. In the valley you get two day service instead of a week, why not here? Once you get the system working two days is just as obtainable as a week. The help at the service desk is spotty. Sometime nice and friendly other times like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. The work they do is GREAT, but they plastic wrap every item and staple tags on the collars which you need to pry off prior to wearing. Quality in the name is a bit of a misnomer. It is missing in a lot of places that it is needed. Being an owner operator of business all my life I see so much quality and pride that could be introduced so simply to make this a better more vibrant business. This dry cleaner ruined a treasured gown by shredding a long sheer sleeve. Why 5 stars? The owner, Ashley, did absolutely everything to find out what happened to prevent it from happening again. She concluded that a hook on the dress must have caught the sleeve in the machine. Still, Ashley took responsibility and did not blame it on the garment. Since the dress was many years old and I had no receipt for its purchase, she spent a great deal of time looking for a comparable replacement dress on line. Ashley went above and beyond to rectify the situation and she did so fairly. I read that some people complain that they have to wait a week for their dry-cleaning. The kind of ethics that Ashley and Quality Cleaning exhibited is worth the wait. read more

The prices are high and the turnaround time is 1 week; however, the quality is excellent. They would get a 5 star if they could get the job done in 2 or three days. I also use drop off service for laundry and my clothes come back smelling great and folded. The drop off service for laundry is reasonably priced unlike the dry cleaning which is basically double what you would pay in the Valley. read more

I have no idea why this place has such horrible reviews. The girl when I dropped off was super friendly. So was the girl that helped me when I came to pick up. All 3 of my shirts were cleaned and pressed nicely with the right amount of starch. Everything was perfect from drop off to pick up. read more

the lady at the front is always passive aggressive and was very rude when I sent my son in to drop off his suit. she angrily ripped the suit off the hanger and broke his suit hanger. this is one of many things she did that was unacceptable. Becuase this is I the only dry cleaners in Show Low, she must feel she has a monopoly on the town! I will be driving to Taylor from now on. she also failed to make a not of a spot I pointed out when I dropped off a suit. when I picked it up the spot was still there so I had to pay then take it home and scrub the spot out myself, which came out easily. read more

This person should not be in business. If you ever go here, make sure this man writes down the price, at the very least. This business is run like the owner is on witness protection (a front). The first smoke signal is the fact that he wants a full week+1 day to turn your order around. I dropped off my clothes on Friday, midday, needing my clothes no later than Thursday close of business. I left a message over the weekend requesting the price and delivery time table, which was not returned. I'm leaving town Friday morning, so I had my wife follow up to make sure we didn't have complications. He tells my wife Friday. She asked for a time and he said around noon. She mentioned my message to him and my need to have the order by Thursday. He tells my wife ( a woman) "Aint gonna happen". So I call this dude up and reiterate my need to have the order back by close of business Thursday. He tells me he can't have it back before Friday, so I tell him I'll pick my clothes up and use someone else. He then tells me that he's already "Washed" the clothes, so if I pick them up, I'd have to pay, at which, I laughed. So, the clothes have been washed as of Monday, but there is no way they can be prepared before Friday? He had no answer. Why do you need a week + half the day on Friday? He tells me "Policy". I tell him I'll be up to get my clothes. He then calls my wife back to let her know that, miraculously, the clothes would be ready by Thursday and that the cost was roughly $55.00 (which he never wrote on the ticket). I got a call on Wednesday saying the clothes were ready. My wife goes to pick the order up....$76.00. I ask her just to pay it and be done with "Quality" cleaners. Save yourself some time and trouble and drive passed quality cleaners. If you find yourself in a bind, expect to be treated as though the business model expects to be able to abuse you. More than anything else, make this crook write down the price before you leave. read more
