I called the Post Office directly and arranged to pick it up from them myself on the next business day. Andy, the Postmaster, could not have been more helpful. He was also polite and professional.

We have people in the office who usually accept packages but this required our signature so we went to the office to see what to do. We were the only people when we walked in. Two gentlemen being the counter greeted us and listened to our problem. They explained why it couldn't be delivered and went to the back to see if the package was back but no. So they suggested coming back at 4 when the package should definitely be back. (Carriers come back around 3 but unload the truck so 4 is safer). They were extremely nice helping us. We have had no problems with our mail until today (and it was not a post office issue). I would definitely go back.
