Ross is one of my favorite stores. The ambience is great and the prices are affordable. The employees and service are also awesome. They always have a good selection of items as well. I definitely recommend this store. read more

2.5/5 stars I generally love Ross and find good things. We were looking for cookware. There are so few stores and we've found nice pots before in Ross so we stopped in. This Ross, however, has a limited inventory. There were only a few pots and pans and nothing we wanted. I walked through some of the other areas and found the same thing. I'm sure I'll try again when looking for other things and hope I find more inventory. Maybe they had a run on their stock and were sold out of many things. Let's hope! Very disorganized and messy store. The clothes are put on racks not in the correct size. The selection isn't the same as the larger Ross stores in the Valley. I feel management needs to be more concerned about the areas that are messy, unorganized and in disarray. This is the only Ross I've been in that's like this. The thing that bothers me most is they usually have only one cashier which results in long lines even though this store has 6 registers. Long lines, messy store and things not where they are supposed to be makes me not want to come to this store. read more

Yes! Ross is back with social distancing and cleanliness for the customers and associates with plexi-shields, masks and hand sanitizer at each of the registers. Lots of clearance to choose from. read more

I bought a pair of men's shoes that were sized wrong and a pair of earbuds. The earbuds were broken when I got them home. I'm not waiting in the check out lane that had 10 people ahead of me. Your stuff was wrong so you should have more employees or have a customer service line. The person I talked to that I asked about where I need to go. That lady was extremely rude. I was in Ross Dress for Less in Show Low. My experiences there was very enjoyable. The line was long but that is a price to pay to get into one of the favorite stores around. The employees were very professional, I had no problem with any of them. Even though there happens to be no restrooms or fitting rooms, I full understand why they aren't open. Thank you for your services. On the other hand some of the consumers in line just complained about pretty much everything. I felt like telling them they didn't have to stand in line and make everyone else feel uncomfortable. This one lady was talking about one of the employees who was worked the entrance, counting people in and pretty much doing her job with no altercation. But this consumer was making very rude comment about the worker. She complained that the worker was talking about her and something about how the worker was someone she knew and didn't like. It was uncomfortable listening to this crap. No matter, I wanted to get my time in the store. I ended up asking around and found out the RUDE consumers name (Ashley Williams) later on. She's an awful person and I didn't like the attitude directed to the people who are putting their lives on the line just for us to shop. There is really no need to talking and cause trouble for someone who is doing their job. You may not understand the reasons for the rules but they are following everything they are being taught during this pandemic. read more

This Ross location has a great variety of cute purses. Their shoe selection is very small and doesn't offer a lot of choices for woman's shoes. Their wall art selection offers a lot of cute things that I always have to stop myself from buying! I also love all the soft blankets they have available to choose from. The store is clean and although the lines are usually long, the line moves fast due to the amount of cashiers they have working. read more

Recently tried to exchange a few items that were given to me as a gift so of course I did not have a receipt but tags were still attached. Did not expect cash back just store credit to get correct sizes. Apparently the store policy recently changed to only give "the last clearance price" if there was not a receipt. Seriously? Get real, this is just another way to keep some of the customers money. Items were purchased just a few days before trying to exchange so there was no "being put on clearance" and good luck finding the same item in a different size. I WAS a frequent shopper but will wait for shopping trips to the big city now. read more

Although I understand the precautions with COVID-19, the lady at the door on 9/22/20 around 11:15 was very discriminatory when it came to the number of patrons allowed in. When we arrived, we were told we had to wait to enter due to there being too many people in the store. Now, I would not have had a problem with that, however, she told me there were already 67 people in the store and there should only be 60 so we had to wait while 7 people came out. My question is, why were there 7 extra people in there in the first place? Who did she show favoritism to in order to surpass the max capacity? In addition to this, she was loudly talking about "social distancing " while standing approximately 2 feet from us while we stood on our "x" and kept pulling her mask down below her nose to talk. Also, I watched her put a cart away without sanitizing it...if they are so conscientious of their COVID protocols, why is this not being done? Won't be back anytime soon. read more

I have been going to this Ross since it opened and there is one face that I can count on to greet me, Collin! He is always busy doing something but sure enough if a line starts to build he stops what he's doing and takes the next customer in line.
