I've lived in Show Low my whole life, and I've truly tried to give this place a fair chance. I've…read morevisited on the highest-priced days, middle days and the lowest bin days and after multiple visits I feel a responsibility to be honest with our community. This store is advertised as a bin store, but it does not operate like a true bin store. A real bin store is simple and transparent: everything in the bins is the price of the day, and the bins are stocked with new or lightly handled Amazon liquidation or overstock items. At Bin Time, the center bins are priced by the day but the bins are filled primarily with heavily used, downtimes dirty, damaged, broken, or incomplete items. Sets are often separated and sold individually (curtain panels, linens, towels, etc.), and many boxes are taped shut with contents written in Sharpie. Most of the better merchandise is placed under and surrounding the bins and is individually priced often at near-retail prices and that area functions almost entirely like a thrift store. The majority of inventory appears to be Target and Kohl's returns with only a small amount resembling Amazon liquidation overstock. Much of what is being sold is clearly second hand: visibly dirty, missing parts, or previously owned. One example that really sealed it for me: I found a box labeled "iPad case + keyboard." The box was taped shut and we were discouraged from opening it. Thankfully, my husband did because inside was a visibly dirty iPad case covered in marker drawings and stickers, and the keyboard was missing entirely. If we had trusted the labeling and purchased it, we would have had to throw it away and returns are not allowed. That's the core issue: used and incomplete merchandise is not being clearly labeled as such, customers are discouraged from verifying contents, and returns are not accepted. That combination is misleading. At this point, this store is best described as a glorified thrift store with a small bin section not a true bin store. I believe this place could actually be great for our town if it chose to operate with more transparency, clearer labeling, and better quality control. But as it stands, shoppers should walk in knowing exactly what they're getting. I'm sharing this honestly so locals can shop with clear expectations.

Don't waste your time. It's not a true bin store. They pull all of the good stuff, mark it at…read moreretail, then pile it high around the edges of the store to the point that you can barely walk around the bins. The items left in the bins are junk, damaged, missing pieces, etc. They open all of the boxes and scribble notes on the outside of them with marker - so trashy!

I tried to complete a survey for JCpenny online and was unable to but I do want to write a review…read moreas I thought that I got outstanding service from Nate and it was very important to me. I went into the store and the signs are a bit misleading bc it shows one price as a sale price but then you are required to buy at least three items in most cases to get that price. I see there is a class action suite about just this so it would seem you might want to clarify better. I do however want to express my sincere gratitude for an employee who went the extra mile to help me look up a discount on my phone. Please know how grateful I am and how you made my day. Also as it turns out I love the products and when I come back up next month fronm thte valley i will get the additional items all bc you made that transaction happen. I really could not of got the items without your additional help. I notice allot of older folks come in to your store who need that help. So please let hom know how helpful he is and that I would fill out the customer survey if it did not go to a infected website. THANK YOU NATE !!!

It is the only department store in town so I do check here often. The store is clean and I was greeted immediately upon entering. This store doesn't have a big inventory. They still have some nice clothes but kitchenware is almost bare, bedding is ok but they didn't have tablecloths. I wish this store would have more inventory so I could shop here more often. I would definitely support them. They also could use more staff. I tried something on and never saw any staff near the fitting room. Sadly, I had to give them a (generous) 3.

More often than not they are out of stock on things, even the most basic things. The staff are always willing to offer you a rain check ticket, which means having to plan/psych myself up/deep breathe my way into yet a second visit? Swell. The overall attitude seems to completely match that of the surrounding area which is "Well, we're all that's here, so whatcha gonna do about it?" This place gets a two stars from me because of the friendliness of the sparse handful of overworked staff, as well as some of the weekly deals that are offered. However, the fact that you can log on to apply those deals to your account - but can't place an online order for the same things on that site is ridiculous to me. The fact that they pair with Instacart, but will not honor your individual deals or coupons when you order through Instacart is ridiculous to me. The one time that I tried to go through Instacart to order with them, they were out of literally everything that I ordered. And had no date or idea of when they would be back in stock with any of it. How any business is still operating with so little convenience factor for their customers, especially customers with special need, is beyond me. Their attitude seems to be that it's up to the customers to meet THEIR convenience and schedule, not the other way around.

I'm an Instacart shopper and was having trouble finding the cut of meat my customer was looking for…read moreso I called to the butcher, who was cutting some meat, 4 times without being acknowledged, and after the 4th time he said something to the effect of "when I'm using the saw don't bother me." Well here's the thing, son. I'm a customer, If I ask you a question, you stop what you're doing and answer me. I don't give a crap about you and your saw, the customer is always right. So you basically admitted to ignoring me 4 times and gave me attitude to boot? You ain't talking to me that way again, boy. I didn't catch your name but this was Thursday, May 22, around 1-2 PM or so. That person needs to be taught how customer service works.
