We were passing through last night and decided to stop top here just to walk around and window shop. I was pleasantly surprised at how big this Walmart is, and how clean and organized it is. The greater last night was very friendly, and the store had so many items in every department. The produce looked very fresh, and the shelves were very well stocked in delicate freezer sections. The isles were clear and organized also well stocked with products. I couldn't believe how large the electronics center was, so many options and so many laptops and tablets and such. Everyone who we came in contact with was very friendly here, and we had plenty of parking as well. read more

There is a new law that says that all food items must state in written form if they are made with GMOs or not. I noticed that every single frozen pizza in the store has Bioengineered Food Ingredients which is just another way of saying GMO on it. I can read the fine print. Also not every item has its price marked correctly. I know that I bought something which rang up as being more expensive than its display price is. And its happened more than once. read more

When a cashier refuses to ring up your purchase because he's already served you today and adds that you look like you've been drinking all day. "Your eyes are all red", he had no idea what he was accusing my husband of. So, I went back inside and purchased the items. Not until after he bagged the items, made change, gave the receipt, I said, "I'm the one that's been drinking all day!" He looked puzzled for a moment then realized what had just happened. His expression was priceless! It was one of those you had to be there moments. Omg! We'd been working on our taxes all afternoon and decided to drive to Winslow to get pizza and a couple of beers. How rude and unprofessional to just assume you know it all because you're a cashier at Walmart. More like the sphincter patrol. Horrible service, took my vehicle to do an oil change. First I wanted synthetic oil (was told they didn't have any), so I had to go down. They lost money there. Then on the sign it says vacuum, window cleaning, and windshield wiper fluid would be topped off. NONE of that was done!! On the receipt it says it was. I asked the worker (Tenniel) and she we dont do vacuum because of Covid. I said how about the rest and she said it should have been done. Not amazing I was harassed by a manager name Vanessa I brought my air mattress which had a leak I brought it back and she Saadi I need a box and recite all I had was a copy charge on my credit card Vanessa said she wouldn't help me so I left I left the product on the desk and she ran behind me to throw the product on top of my support kitty's stroller it was a trigger from everything she was unprofessional and not a nice girl it blew over after a few weeks and I went back to take it. Full confession. I normally do not shop in Walmart when we are home. When you're on the road, you can depend on a store being in a decent sized town. The one in Winslow Arizona is huge, clean and we encountered a wonderful team member who walked us back to the RV section. As we arrived at the RV Park in Holbrook hubby announces he forgot the sewer hoses and the ramps. Fortunately we could wait two days until we got to Winslow. The tire and auto is absolutely the worst. They are complete morons. They need to go back to school and learn how to put on new tires properly. However, they need to go back to grade school and learn how to actually right down the order correctly so you get the correct tire replaced. Then after the correct tire had been replaced after the second go around and an hour and a half later they need to make sure they put your tire on straight when they tighten down the lug nuts. Otherwise your steeling wheel will be off centered and you will drive sideways! Oh, best of all, they don't do alignments and balancing at Walmart however they didn't even change my front tire they only changed my back drivers side tire and accidently my back passengers side tire to begin with. The biggest MORONS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! 3 HOURS LATER and my Husband having to explain to them what they did wrong in order for them to fix it and it's finally CORRECT, EXCEPT NOW... I HAVE A LOUD CLUNK NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE and that side was NEVER supposed to be touched in the first place! RETARDS! Came to Winslow on a work trip for my daughter. Waited in electronics for over 25 minutes for someone to get a game out of the case. Hunted down 3 employees who "didn't work in that department " and finally customer service who called someone to come over the speaker. No one ever showed up. Finally got frustrated and left and had to return the next day to get some help. read more

Someone needs to teach Isabella how to manage and work in a retail store. If at 3:30pm, be are told to come back in 3 to 4 hours to get our vehicle, that means between 6:30 & 7:30pm. We come back at 6:20pm, and shop locked up tight. Isabella quite snappy and rude informing us automotive closes at 6pm on Sundays. Well........ why the 3 to 4 hours then? If she was apologetic it would of at least helped. This is a problem as we work in Flagstaff. She was rude and nasty. I come from many many years of retail. the same as it ever was... nothing really to report. just about every walmart all over the country is the same. since i'm an extensive traveler and the business i work for involves traveling nothing is ever different. some walmarts are starting to look more modern. the only thing i care about is if they have ample rv/ truck parking. (since i am a truck driver...lol) **fyi- the parking lot that they had for the truckers to park is now closed. i seen some trucks park behind the auto care center! some truckers basically have to park their truck, shop and then leave the area. it can only accommodate probably 4 trucks at least.** read more

A typical Walmart store, which includes rude customer service, as well as rude fellow customers. They are out of stock of MANY things a lot of the time, which is frustrating. If you need help and ask an associate, they usually act as though you are only inconveniencing them. They're usually not helpful, anyway. There is also a lot of favouritism and even racism amongst the employees. Living in this small town, unfortunately, we don't have very many options to choose from as far as buying...well...pretty much anything. read more

This Walmart by far is the worst and full of the rudest customers and rude employees i've ever seen or been into, Not even helpful at all they will just walk you around aimlessly trying to locate what you're looking for, Anybody can walk around look for something if that's the way it's going to be, They have no clue what good customer service really is, As for the individual departments, You have to walk around and try to find someone to help you because there is there's never no one around for help, Also for the meat department managers very rude, And have no sense of pride in their job I brought up many problems to their attention and even called the corporate home office several times and talked to the store managers and nothing never did change, This is been going on for two years now, So be very cautious of the frozen meat in there reach in freezer's there are the ones in the middle of the aisle the reach in with the openface, The meet is always thawed out on top, Who knows how long it's been thawed out, I've been sick many times, I bring it to their attention over and over, So be cautious. The fresh is fine, Frozen the ones you reach into I know they stack it way too to high above the freeze line and it thaws out like I said I've brought it to their attention many times and they just do not give a CRAP, I think the only way It will ever change is that someone dies of food poisoning, That's probably the only way for the change to happen, It's just really sad that everybody is just so lazy are not properly trained are really simply don't give a crap, I can't even explain how bad it is, Also the employees that smoke at the entrance door which I'm sure not supposed be doing this but they do it all the time not only the employees the customers to are doing the same thing smoking right outside both front doors, on the door there's a big sign stating where to smoke, It's the craziest thing I've ever seen just what you want is a breath of smoke as you're walking into the store, Also every employee parks right in front of the door they all have the best parking spots so all of us customers have to walk a long ways, Also they let all diesel trucks & "RVs travelers" park in the lot leaving a mess and dog poop behind everywhere it's pretty bad, Especially bad to have all the drunk homeless people hang out by the door and in the parking lot that's another bad thing, Here's something that's only bad bad it's gross I know there's people with service dogs that fine for those that Needs them, A service dog is identified by the service vest on the dogs, But there are people bringing their dogs and cats into the store that are not service dogs service animals, They're touching the fruits and vegetables and meat with their dirty filthy hands now that is disgusting, There is rarely a greeter at the door, that would be trained and are supposed to stop this from happening, Without no one ever being at the doors they just walk right in with there animals of any kind are allowed in, It's totally unnecessary and disgusting to let this go on, come on people you know better than that goes for everyone. Another sh*tty situation that AGAIN had to do with the Auto Center. I brought my car in for an oil change AND to get new windshield wipers because mine were starting to look like spaghetti. I live in the desert and it hasn't been raining. BUT, when I take my car into the car wash, I use my wipers. I told the guy that I wanted new wipers put on. He supposedly clicked it into his handheld thingy and handed me my ticket telling me the price I need to pay for the wipers. I was happy as hell feeling like I was getting sh*t done and taken care of. Paid for my services and drove on home. It's Summertime. It's not raining, I didn't need my car washed so of course, I never tried/tested out my new wipers. I thought it was done. Drove back to Phoenix where the weather decides to give us Summer rain. I was excited as hell because I just got new windshield wipers. WRONG!! I turned that sucker on to use it and... SPAGHETTI!!! "Oh HELL no!!" I asked for my receipt back from my accountant and seen that they didn't even put that into my services. How can you NOT when you and I discussed the different types, prices, sizes, quality?; and you never punched it in? ALSO, I looked back on the 8x11 auto center sheet they provide you with the services you've had done. It says 'Windshield Check: Check'. And every place else where is said 'Windshield', all the way down and across, it all said 'Check.' ALL THAT IS B.S.!! They have NEVER checked ANY of that. Otherwise I'm sure IF they really wanted to do their jobs right, they would have brought it to my attention, OR think and say "Oh yeah!! We just got done talking about it. She wanted new wipers." NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. As I said in my previous review of this place, I said THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE. Now, that is absolutely true. They half as* their jobs and that SHOULD NOT be acceptable. Winslow is a small town so of course they're going to get our business. But that should not mean they need to be so damn careless with our vehicles. I have had a great experience at this Walmart! I am traveling all across the USA and have enjoyed using Walmart as a rest stop. This store is very organized and clean. Bought supplies here numerous times because I was camping nearby at McHood BLM Park. Very friendly staff throughout the store-even the guy gathering up the carts outside. (What a hard worker he was!)
