It's also fun just to see what they have in stock. They have everything from moonshine, to camouflage gear to camping equipment to a full pharmacy here. I spent a good half hour just browsing around the store and enjoyed my time in here. Lots of neat things they carry, even an extensive fabric selection and patterns too! I'll definitely come back in again when back in Springerville!

I am on 6 mg and because the drug is now FDA approved I wanted to try to get my insurance company to pay for it so he ordered 2 different strengths to equal 6 mg. When I originally spoke to someone I was understanding the price to be 75.00 which I readily agreed to. Once it was compounded I had to pay 75.00 for EACH strength for a total of 150.00 I paid it and then called back same day and canceled the 1 mg for a refund and they said the 4 mg would be sent out via UPS the following morning. After over a week of never receiving it I called and was told the were 'confused' about what they were supposed to do because it was sitting in the refund pile. After explaining the situation, yet again, the girl offered to personally deliver it that evening since it was their mistake. Understand that I have had no medication for some time already. I told her I appreciated her honesty and offer but did not want her making that long trip to Snowflake at night and that if they were able to overnight it via UPS that I could wait as I've already been without for some time. Then, another 3 days later, I call again ( on a Friday) to ask where my medication is as , once again, I have not received it. Then I am given the excuse that it's only the second time they have tried to overnight something with UPS and 'it didn't work' so it was scheduled for delivery on the following Monday. Now mind you, this has been going on for well over two weeks, if not closer to a month trying to get my medication.....and when I told the girl I spoke with on Friday that they have failed and I will not use them again, I was told, 'that's fine.'

It's always a tech that doesn't know how to bill my insurance, which is Medicare and Humana. Today they wanted $1,200 dollars. I'm so insured, it's crazy. How well my experience at this pharmacy is always dependent on just who the pharmacy technician is. This is frustrating and I can't help but feel a little beat up.

Yelp Review - Walmart Supercenter #4355 (Taylor, AZ)…read more I had a frustrating experience at this Walmart on June 6 around 7:30 PM while trying to purchase the Apple Pencil Pro, which was listed on Walmart.com for $99 and marked as available for pickup at this store. The item was retrieved from in-store stock and scanned, but the price didn't match the online listing. When I explained I was in the process of purchasing it through Walmart.com, a manager was called over to help. That's when the situation went downhill. The manager immediately told me I couldn't get the online price unless I used Affirm (which wasn't true), then claimed the item had a different SKU (also false--it was confirmed to be the same). She kept shifting the reasoning to block the sale without checking policy or verifying anything I was showing her. I remained calm and respectful, but she continued to talk down to me and insisted I cancel the order--even though the item was in stock and ready. I even mentioned that I needed the item for an urgent project due the next day, but she showed zero concern and kept inventing new reasons I couldn't buy it. It felt more like a power play than a customer service decision. This isn't how any store should treat someone trying to make a legitimate purchase. I hope store leadership addresses this internally--because being dismissed and misled like this, especially in a small town, is unacceptable.
