The scheduling is THE worst I have ever dealt with. They only have 1 day a wekk for procedures and good luck getting scheduled in a reasonable time frame IF they even return your call much less answer the phone. The billing department can't even bill insurance properly and expect you to pay for their mistakes in billing. If you truly want pain relief and NOT a pain find another clinic. Anywhere!

This urgent care has very nice employees... they're just horribly understaffed. Most of my visits to this urgent care result in being told to just go to the ER. The therapy he performed on me, caused me a lot of pain. I told him about it and asked him why he did that to me. He said it was necessary to crack that knee so it didn't get stiff. I suggested to him that using a lot of force wasn't necessary. And he basically told me that in his training this was the way it was done. Other therapist in the office who worked with me treated me with much more care and kindness. I think Kyle should be knocked down a notch on his attitude!
