Then she said she sent a text. I confirmed my number and checked but there is no record of any call or text. Then I asked if she tried to call my emergency contact number but she said she didn't think of that. Wow. This place is a joke. Skill level of receptionist =ZERO below is the only text I received.

Staff admitted patient, but then apparently didn't read the results of the x-rays and other tests, insisted it was "a cold virus" when the x-rays said it was probably pneumonia. They released the patient within 20 hours, without supplemental oxygen or any prescriptions, and said they'd contact the PCP to handle that. Then they didn't. By the time the patient made an appt to see PCP, 4 days later, O2 levels were so low and the coughing and wheezing so bad that the PCP said "You need to be in the hospital, NOW." So we drove to Flagstaff.

After X-rays and even two different physical therapists I was a bit discouraged. Friends and a gym recommended Dr Brimhall and after the first visit I was impressed. I been about four times. And it's not expensive. I'm doing better each time and he has given me a couple things to do at home. I'm now doing better, don't feel I really need to go back, took my wife yesterday and she too was very pleased even after having surgery two days before. Impressive! Plus the office staff is fun.
