I believe she is in activities. She has short brown hair and glasses. I believe her name is Debby Maybe Betty. She is so RUDE! TO residents, family and STAFF! I have noticed this behavior continuously. Why nothing is being done about her is beyond me. I have spoke with staff about her and apparently there has been continuous complaints about her and nothing has been done. I think a call to corporate or even state may be necessary if all of this continues. She needs to be gone our friends/families deserve better. You can see how uncomfortable the residents get when she is going off on a coworker. Which is almost every time I see her. It's incredible unprofessional and uncalled for. I hope the administrator of Haven sees this and takes action. I have tried to speak with him a few times but he is usually out of the office when I tried.

Nice people but totally incompetent. Patient arrived coughing up phlegm, wheezing, fever, O2 levels…read morein the 80s. Staff admitted patient, but then apparently didn't read the results of the x-rays and other tests, insisted it was "a cold virus" when the x-rays said it was probably pneumonia. They released the patient within 20 hours, without supplemental oxygen or any prescriptions, and said they'd contact the PCP to handle that. Then they didn't. By the time the patient made an appt to see PCP, 4 days later, O2 levels were so low and the coughing and wheezing so bad that the PCP said "You need to be in the hospital, NOW." So we drove to Flagstaff.
