I had a knee replacement and choose White Mt Physical Therapy because it was in the same building. The manager therapist who took care of me, his name was Kyle. The therapy he performed on me, caused me a lot of pain. I told him about it and asked him why he did that to me. He said it was necessary to crack that knee so it didn't get stiff. I suggested to him that using a lot of force wasn't necessary. And he basically told me that in his training this was the way it was done. Other therapist in the office who worked with me treated me with much more care and kindness. I think Kyle should be knocked down a notch on his attitude! read more
