The ladies in the eye glass section were helpful and friendly. *** Holy cow the questionnaire for repeat customers is ridiculously long. Getting an eye exam should have such an intensive and invasive questionnaire. -1 star for that. I have them 5 stars but now 4 because of this. The eye exam girl was friendly and did a good job too. The doctor was friendly and have good advice about why I should not get lasic eye surgery. All in all not a bad place but be prepared to fully disclose your entire medical history just to get a new eyeglass prescription and exam!

My first surgery went well but my second one I had to reschedule as being diabetic I needed an early appointment like my first surgery but they scheduled me to late, around noon so I had to reschedule that appointment for another time to get an early appointment. Next was my husbands appointment.... He called to ask how much was his surgery and was told they would call back to let him know, well almost a week went by so he called back as it was getting close to his surgery and was told they would call him back again... finally they called him back with the price which he paid. Day of surgery they were supposed to take a skin tag off on the corner of the eye lid, well the day after surgery he went to get his bandage off and the skin tag is still there!!! He paid extra to have that taken off. All I can say is that doctor is fantastic but some of his staff is lacking big time!! My husband gets his other eye done in 3 weeks so let's hope that goes well and they take that skin tag off then!!!!

Tried telling me that my vision was so bad that I wouldn't pass an eye test for a driver's license. Said I was blind in one eye. Used the word blind several times. Yet I was able to read eye chart down to same line with both right and left eyes. I recently passed MVD eye test. I can see to drive just fine, no problem reading road signs.
