The fact that they pair with Instacart, but will not honor your individual deals or coupons when you order through Instacart is ridiculous to me. The one time that I tried to go through Instacart to order with them, they were out of literally everything that I ordered. And had no date or idea of when they would be back in stock with any of it. How any business is still operating with so little convenience factor for their customers, especially customers with special need, is beyond me. Their attitude seems to be that it's up to the customers to meet THEIR convenience and schedule, not the other way around.

So you basically admitted to ignoring me 4 times and gave me attitude to boot? You ain't talking to me that way again, boy. I'm fully aware that supply chain issues are a real thing and they also don't have control over what comes in on delivery days. I can't hold that against the store. I was pleasantly surprised by how hard a couple of the employees were working to get as much stuff onto the shelves as they could. Alysha helped me find exactly what I was in search of and she was not only helpful but also has such a bubbly personality and one of the few who work there that are always willing to help me find things. Charlotte is the other employee who is quick to help and I've always observed both Charlotte and Alysha working hard every time I'm in the store. Amy has always been very outgoing when I run in to grab milk for my children early in the mornings if we are out at home. The store manager, Bobby is really nice and personable as well. Keep up the good work! It's easy to see who works hard and who stands around when there are things to be done. I certainly hope that orders for overt the counter medication comes in soon and the shelves get restocked before flu season hits. I'd have to say that's the biggest downside to this location. Family Dollar and Dollar General are the only two stores like this in town however Dollar General tends to have a decent selection of medications on their shelves at all times. I'm guessing it's just a different vendor. This Family Dollar location gets completely slammed especially on weekends in the summer with all the visitors coming up the mountain to escape the valley heat so they deserve a reward for how well they work as a team and deal with frustrated customers who aren't able to find things they forgot to bring up with them.

Yelp Review - Walmart Supercenter #4355 (Taylor, AZ)…read more I had a frustrating experience at this Walmart on June 6 around 7:30 PM while trying to purchase the Apple Pencil Pro, which was listed on Walmart.com for $99 and marked as available for pickup at this store. The item was retrieved from in-store stock and scanned, but the price didn't match the online listing. When I explained I was in the process of purchasing it through Walmart.com, a manager was called over to help. That's when the situation went downhill. The manager immediately told me I couldn't get the online price unless I used Affirm (which wasn't true), then claimed the item had a different SKU (also false--it was confirmed to be the same). She kept shifting the reasoning to block the sale without checking policy or verifying anything I was showing her. I remained calm and respectful, but she continued to talk down to me and insisted I cancel the order--even though the item was in stock and ready. I even mentioned that I needed the item for an urgent project due the next day, but she showed zero concern and kept inventing new reasons I couldn't buy it. It felt more like a power play than a customer service decision. This isn't how any store should treat someone trying to make a legitimate purchase. I hope store leadership addresses this internally--because being dismissed and misled like this, especially in a small town, is unacceptable.
