The greater last night was very friendly, and the store had so many items in every department. The produce looked very fresh, and the shelves were very well stocked in delicate freezer sections. The isles were clear and organized also well stocked with products. I couldn't believe how large the electronics center was, so many options and so many laptops and tablets and such. Everyone who we came in contact with was very friendly here, and we had plenty of parking as well.

There are some unique things in this shop at extremely reasonable prices, such as prints of artistic renditions of the Grand Canyon! There was some blood this time! I took all the chicken off down to the bone to see just how bad it was. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint because it had to be thrown away and I'm not a fan of wasting food or money. Now we'll have to stop somewhere else for food since it's not safe to eat.

The item was retrieved from in-store stock and scanned, but the price didn't match the online listing. When I explained I was in the process of purchasing it through Walmart.com, a manager was called over to help. That's when the situation went downhill. The manager immediately told me I couldn't get the online price unless I used Affirm (which wasn't true), then claimed the item had a different SKU (also false--it was confirmed to be the same). She kept shifting the reasoning to block the sale without checking policy or verifying anything I was showing her. I remained calm and respectful, but she continued to talk down to me and insisted I cancel the order--even though the item was in stock and ready. I even mentioned that I needed the item for an urgent project due the next day, but she showed zero concern and kept inventing new reasons I couldn't buy it. It felt more like a power play than a customer service decision. This isn't how any store should treat someone trying to make a legitimate purchase. I hope store leadership addresses this internally--because being dismissed and misled like this, especially in a small town, is unacceptable.

It wasn't because it was expensive, quite the contrary, since they are an outlet store. They sell clothes, costume jewelry, purses, food and various other gift items. The first thing I noticed was that the store was in complete disarray. There were items strewn all over the place. It was messy. Even if the customers are the cause of the messiness, staff weren't on top of it. The staff I saw, didn't look happy being there. Parking: Plenty of free, shared, strip mall parking.

I took measurements of the delivered area and it came up to 3/4 of a cord versus a full cord that was ordered. I notified him of my measurement but he said he'd never made a mistake in 30 years so someone must have stolen the missing 1/4 cord of wood. The wood stack is in plain view and showed no sign of missing wood. I gave him an opportunity to correct the situation but, in the end, I guess he felt it was impossible for him to have made a miscalculation. It seems he would rather believe that a thief arrived in a few hours time window, took a 1/4 cord of wood in plain and open sight and left the woodpile looking unaltered. I think it is much more likely that a mistake was made.....Hmmm. Word to the wise:. Be there for deliveries and measure out for 128 cubic feet.
