The next morning they had a gun show so we stopped by and purchased a new Bushmaster AR-15 from a booth at the show. They were the only booth that had two new rifles or we wouldn't have bought from a pawn shop. They were very nice and we put our application in for the weapon it came back with a 3 day wait. They asked us to give them a $400.00 deposit and said they would ship it to us when it was approved. We kept calling them the next week and always got their fax tone. Finally we were told that it was approved and that we needed to get a licensed dealer here in Scottsdale for them to ship it to. We got Erica at he Scottsdale Gun Club to agree to accept the weapon and called them with the info wanting to pay the remaining half of our bill. We have called at least 15 times 3 of which we actually had the opportunity to speak with someone and they all were very rude. Some apparent high school kid answered and called me dude. Then told me to speak up in a very rude tone. Im still calling them right now trying to find a way to communicate with management. If you are in the area keep driving by this place.
