We had visited several pawn shops/trading posts during our time in Gallup, and this was by far the most pleasant and educational! The merchandise is beautiful, the sales people were knowledgeable and extremely patient in answering our many questions. Don't let the other reviewer deter you from visiting. I was contacted by the owner by email who asked me to reconsider my review and blamed my experience on factors beyond his control. I didn't do that because I'm not unethical. Not trying to ruin anyone's business, but I stand by my review. So I think that makes this business look even worse in my eyes. When I visited there in July 2016, they verbally stated to me they would not guarantee half of their Indian jewelry. And to me, their exterior signage was not customer friendly.
