Yelp Review - Walmart Supercenter #4355 (Taylor, AZ)…read more I had a frustrating experience at this Walmart on June 6 around 7:30 PM while trying to purchase the Apple Pencil Pro, which was listed on Walmart.com for $99 and marked as available for pickup at this store. The item was retrieved from in-store stock and scanned, but the price didn't match the online listing. When I explained I was in the process of purchasing it through Walmart.com, a manager was called over to help. That's when the situation went downhill. The manager immediately told me I couldn't get the online price unless I used Affirm (which wasn't true), then claimed the item had a different SKU (also false--it was confirmed to be the same). She kept shifting the reasoning to block the sale without checking policy or verifying anything I was showing her. I remained calm and respectful, but she continued to talk down to me and insisted I cancel the order--even though the item was in stock and ready. I even mentioned that I needed the item for an urgent project due the next day, but she showed zero concern and kept inventing new reasons I couldn't buy it. It felt more like a power play than a customer service decision. This isn't how any store should treat someone trying to make a legitimate purchase. I hope store leadership addresses this internally--because being dismissed and misled like this, especially in a small town, is unacceptable.

This is one of the worst run businesses in the White Mountains…read more I understand that the grocery business is tough, and that margins are thin. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I shop here, there is at least one item that is priced higher when its scanned at checkout than the shelf talker or sale signage says. EVERY TIME. That's not a mistake - that is part of the business model and it's shady as hell. Actively trying to rip off your customers SUCKS. Even advertised sales items scan higher at the register, sometimes by a dollar or more. If you aren't paying attention and checking your receipt before you leave the store, You're S.O.O.L. They are NEVER prepared on Wednesdays when their advertised sales start. They don't start stocking the shelves until the afternoon, and most of the advertised items aren't ready until Thursdays. And their "Promo Item Of The Week" is NEVER in stock on Wednesdays, and sometimes its not available for the entire sale. They have a high turnover of people working at the register, and if there is a problem or discrepancy - they have to call over a more experienced staff member to get things corrected. It's infuriating to have to spend the extra time and aggravation waiting to fix even the simplest issues or correct a price discrepancy. On one occasion recently the clerk went to check an endcap price and DIDN'T COME BACK TO THE REGISTER. SMH. As I mentioned - I understand that running a grocery store - or any small business in a rural community can be tough. But this place is a MESS, and crooked to boot. I'm DONE, AMF.

Tough place to review, only because I am not from there…read more 1st) They do not have everything, so the variety is limited 2nd) Prices are a little steep 3rd) Needs cleaning and updating. This is a small town, so I get it. Not going to find everything. But it is convenient to have if you staying at the lake near by. I was in the mood for some snacks, they had a lot of bare shelves. Not sure if they are able to restock everything since there are not a lot of people it the town? Anyway, it's a decent place,

Bashas' - I bought this and it's a delicious Kombucha. It's good for you, too!

I have something between an anxiety and rage attack anytime I need to go to this place. Always have…read morehad, since day one. More often than not they are out of stock on things, even the most basic things. The staff are always willing to offer you a rain check ticket, which means having to plan/psych myself up/deep breathe my way into yet a second visit? Swell. The overall attitude seems to completely match that of the surrounding area which is "Well, we're all that's here, so whatcha gonna do about it?" This place gets a two stars from me because of the friendliness of the sparse handful of overworked staff, as well as some of the weekly deals that are offered. However, the fact that you can log on to apply those deals to your account - but can't place an online order for the same things on that site is ridiculous to me. The fact that they pair with Instacart, but will not honor your individual deals or coupons when you order through Instacart is ridiculous to me. The one time that I tried to go through Instacart to order with them, they were out of literally everything that I ordered. And had no date or idea of when they would be back in stock with any of it. How any business is still operating with so little convenience factor for their customers, especially customers with special need, is beyond me. Their attitude seems to be that it's up to the customers to meet THEIR convenience and schedule, not the other way around.

I'm an Instacart shopper and was having trouble finding the cut of meat my customer was looking for…read moreso I called to the butcher, who was cutting some meat, 4 times without being acknowledged, and after the 4th time he said something to the effect of "when I'm using the saw don't bother me." Well here's the thing, son. I'm a customer, If I ask you a question, you stop what you're doing and answer me. I don't give a crap about you and your saw, the customer is always right. So you basically admitted to ignoring me 4 times and gave me attitude to boot? You ain't talking to me that way again, boy. I didn't catch your name but this was Thursday, May 22, around 1-2 PM or so. That person needs to be taught how customer service works.
