Continued with their phrase of 15 years of experience. I contacted them regarding the destruction of my furniture. After several attempt's they finally got back to me. After 2 weeks of nonstop calls/texts, I told them that their quote was too high for a simple move. But, I agreed to it and what's done is done. For $1200, I was to have a 4 man crew that would pack, load, transport, unload, set up/put together, at my new place. My stuff was in a storage unit, already packed in boxes/tubs. I had one small chair and a cloth dresser, for furniture. There was no 4 man crew, just Salvador (and his young son). There was no set/up of anything at my new place. In fact, it was all unloaded into a small 5 X 10 storage unit. Melody was helpful and kind. I just don't understand why I was charged the full quoted price when the company didn't honor there own terms. Hire someone else. Don't go with MC Moving.
