As I watched them SHOVE my good furniture in the truck, I kept telling them that it wouldn't work. Their response was " WE HAVE 15 years EXPERIENCE ". They continued to SHOVE it in. Continued with their phrase of 15 years of experience. I contacted them regarding the destruction of my furniture. After several attempt's they finally got back to me. Unfortunately I've had to be very proactive To get any response. Their response to correcting their actions NOTHING they can do! No monetary reimbursement. It was so difficult to unload the truck do to their "packing". My family was appalled by their packing!! DAMAGE LIES and THEFT! I do not recommend these " movers"

Let me clarify, we had to use 2-26 foot trucks and a 16 foot truck. Mikes crew loaded 1 truck and they were great. The other crew not so much. They didn't use many blankets and really stacked it in the truck and didn't use many tie down straps, as a result we suffered quite substantial damage. Mike made it right by reducing our money owed. The other thing that detracted from the experience was that Mikes lead (also Mike) and one of the workers got into a verbal altercation toward the end of the delivery. The worker wouldn't listen to Mike the lead and as a result more damage occurred. Neither of them would back down and that prolonged it. Thank goodness there was nothing physical. Those 2 things kept us from giving a 5 star review. Again the primary crew was stellar except for the verbal altercation thing. The damage was caused by the other crew. They did store our stuff at Mikes place in the trucks for a few days and we truly appreciate that. The only reason we wouldn't consider them again is because we aren't moving again.

For $1200, I was to have a 4 man crew that would pack, load, transport, unload, set up/put together, at my new place. My stuff was in a storage unit, already packed in boxes/tubs. I had one small chair and a cloth dresser, for furniture. There was no 4 man crew, just Salvador (and his young son).There was no set/up of anything at my new place. In fact, it was all unloaded into a small 5 X 10 storage unit. Melody was helpful and kind. I just don't understand why I was charged the full quoted price when the company didn't honor there own terms. Hire someone else. Don't go with MC Moving.

Our crew included Andrew, Juan, and Vincent. All 3 were wonderful. They took care with our stuff and we did not experience any damage or loss. They young men placed our stuff down in the house and literally ran back to the truck, something about part of their workout, but they seemed to have never ending energy. They were respectful to my husband and I as well as all of our crap. Mid day I brought pizza and sodas and you would have thought it was the best meal they ever had. I say this to mean they seemed genuinely grateful. Throughout the day i never heard bad language and they were dressed appropriately in company shirts. They were prepared with all their tools and moving equipment. They made a potentially gruesome day into a highly production and easy day for "Us"!
