Well nobody told me that back in August when I made this purchase. It's now middle of November to give you an idea of how long they take. The business owner lectured me on this and because I disagreed with the process he hung up on me and so I have no idea if the work is going to get done or how I'm gonna get my money back. The owner is set in his ways and inflexible. I would not do business with them. Right now I'm trying to figure out how I'm gonna either get this job done or get my money back. Buyer beware

When I asked about getting them fixed, the price went up and they refused to warranty the work. I had another company come out and fix the roof and was told the work before had been done incorrectly. I would recommend staying away from All Custom Exteriors. Their staff was extremely rude, disrespectful and dishonest in their emails. Their integrity was so bad, I filed a complaint with the BBB.

Peter from Gunsite Roofing told all their company did. The extras they did, like replacing vents and flashing. He and his brother, Michael, owned the business. They had been in business longer and their father had a roofing company that they worked at before; so they seemed like they had more experience. Their price was competitive with the other company we compared. They brought the materials out using fork lift to take it up to the roof. The special fork lift could be back and the upper part moved it to the roof so they didn't disturb the area close to the house. The driver was skilled and got it super close yet never touched the roof. The workers did drop it a bit hard which scared me but I was reassured it was not a problem. They moved it to areas on the roof where it would be used. The next day it rained but, luckily, all materials were sealed. They came back a few days later and started the job and finished it in about 5 hours. There was a spot on the peak that I felt looked odd to me. It didn't bother my husband but Michael said he would come back a couple days later to check if the heat had settled the peak. It didn't so he fixed it. This shows they stand behind their work doing what it takes to make the customer happy. We will be taking after video with a drone (as soon as the wind dies down) and post both the before and after shots. I definitely would use Gunsite Roofing again and would recommend them. I am happy with the work they did, the price and their commitment to the customer.

Would NOT recommend Big Buckle Roofing in Payson, as work is low quality and Evan (owner) does not return calls. We were told job would take 1-2 days, it took 2 months, as material was short ordered 2 times. Lack of professionalism, screws and material left all around. He (Evan) said all concerns would be addressed and totally disregarded concerns and failed to return calls or reply to messages.
