I had been a client of my previous service for over 25 years, so finding another service was of major concern to me. However, Blanca and Ramona assuaged any concerns I had and left my previous service far back in my rear-view mirror. They have brought to me a whole new level of appreciation! Quite simply, they are the best!! Found out no electricity or water and "professionals can not do the job in the dark". First of all, it is not dark in the house. There are windows galore in the house and does not require lighting in the daytime. They do make flashlights and lanterns, if you needed them, that use something called batteries. As far as water, for a wipe-down, and a light mop, would not need more than a few gallons of water in a 5-gal bucket for the whole job. This syndrome of "cherry-picking" easy jobs is a theme in this whole area. It seems to be impossible to get anyone to actually do any work that requires the tiniest of effort or is not right next door on a paved road. Note that in this area, half of the roads are dirt. People that advertise (and have such rave - fake - reviews) and then won't perform "Period" do not deserve anyone's business. And if yelp removes THIS review, you will know they protect bad actors and keep them scamming the public. This owner has an arrogance and attitude that is not acceptable for anyone to have to deal with. I recommend you go elsewhere and do not waste you time with this lazy bunch.

Her rates are very fair and I felt confident that she would be able to provide a quality cleaning. She uses environmental friendly products. My husband and I were very impressed with how clean everything was when she finished and my home definitely needing a deep cleaning as there was dog hair everywhere as we had just spent the week with family who brought their three dogs. While Theresa was fine to deal with and works her tail off, Fernando her husband and "business manager", is short-tempered, rude, and fails to do anything you ask of him. However, he will text you a 1000's times a day with a demand for payment, even before the door is completely closed behind them as they leave. Often I received only a text with a series of question marks, as if WTF! When are you going to pay? How are you going to pay? Do you use Venmo or Zelle? Call me when you send the money? Text me when you send the money! Did you pay yet? Did you pay yet? ??? ??? ? I told you to contact me when you pay! Don't use Venmo, use Zelle! Did you pay yet? All of this within the first few hours! Quite frankly, I believe Theresa could provide a far better service without him! He is without a doubt the weak link in the company chain. All Seasons Cleaning is barely scraping by and their work is minimal at best. We used them 3-4 times for our vacation rental home and had complaints from nearly everyone. Dish towels in bathrooms, mixed-matched sheets on the beds, dirty floors, countertops, and appliances, etc. In addition, All Seasons Cleaning will provide you with a low price to win the business, then bill you with a dozen additional add on's, blaming the $200 additional charge on the laundry being slow, or, "oh' we charge extra for weekend cleans". These are supposedly professional cleaners, 6-8 loads of sheets, towels, and other linens cannot be done in 2 hours! even with the 4-6 people I've seen entering the house. There are plenty of other cleaning services in the Pinetop/Showlow area, so do your due diligence, get references, and use this review as guidence. Meet the potential cleaning crew in person, and be very detailed in what you want done. Have them provide you not only with a precise cleaning program, including a dollar amount but make sure they provide a detailed invoice when they are done. Sorry Theresa, you can do much better than this. You work hard but are hamstrung by your limited resources!

I saw the tub and shower enclosure wasn't done.vi asked one girl about it and she said the owner didn't supply the cleaner she needed. So no for the kitchen. Mainly I saw under the microwave and tops of my cabinets weren't cleaned. Well I paid then called the owner told him my concerns. Instead of wanting to hear he jumped all over me. He insinuated that I must not have cleaned my house in over 5 years. That it was so bad, what do I expect!. Is that a way to treat a client . I sent pictures, he just would not stop with his sarcasm. Also there were 4 girls cleaning, one wouldn't stay off her phone my dogs got out while she stood in the door way door opened. I specifically told her to keep my door closed. There was a lot more. I have pics and his nasty texts. So hire a company that has good references. This was a recommendation. Never again!! DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR!!
