He showed up exactly when he said he would, pumped the tank and cleaned the filter. He showed me where the filter was located and said that it should be cleaned regularly, something I was never told by the installer. I asked whether we could install a second riser on the tank for easier access to pump it next time since the access lid didn't have a riser and it had to be dug up. He said that's what he would do and offered to buy the parts for me since I wanted to do it myself. He got the parts, and it was an easy install. Overall, top quality service, and I will be calling next time I need any plumbing work.

They coordinated everything with the county, safely redirected traffic, tore up and repaired a paved road, and dug and installed the sewer lines all the way to our house. What really impressed us was how efficiently everything was completed. Despite the complexity of the project, the entire job was finished in just two days without sacrificing quality. A huge thank you to Eric, Walker, and young Danny. They were professional, hardworking, and communicated with us every step of the way. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why, while also being mindful of our property lines and making sure everything was done correctly. Watching this crew work was impressive. It was clear they had the specialized equipment, experience, and teamwork to tackle a job that many contractors simply couldn't. They made a very challenging project look easy while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. We highly recommend Bianco Plumbing to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, capable, and trustworthy team. They exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the results!

So many contractors don't even want to make the trip out to Concho, but they did -- and with such a positive attitude. What initially seemed like a water heater issue turned out to be a serious wiring problem. Not only did they quickly diagnose and fix it, but they also repaired faulty wiring to another appliance. Their expertise and thoroughness likely prevented a potential house fire. Thanks to Russell and Sons, an entire family now has warm water and, more importantly, a safer home. We are incredibly thankful for their prompt response, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!
