We purchased an RV 12V320AH LlFeP04 battery from Bill Moore through Gutter Guys & BoonDockers, 603 E Cottonwood, Arizona, 87326, 928-634-2529 on April 25, 2022 for $l,350.00 while on vacation in Arizona. The owner Bill Moore, built the battery himself and then installed & tested the battery in our RV while my husband and I watched and were told it had a 10 year warranty. In Feb. 2023 we realized with the help of our local RV Service in Napa, CA where we live, that the battery was not working properly. We talked to Bill on the phone and he instructed our Napa RV service agent how to remove & pack the battery properly for us to ship it to BoonDockers for repair under Warranty. We shipped the battery at U.P.S. on 3/8/23 for a cost to us of $112.84. After several email & phone updates from Bill's attempt to repair the battery he told us it was not working and leaking and therefore he could not ship it back to us and that is WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. He said there was a broken wire connection that caused the damage, which he said was our fault! He also said there was 1 part on the battery that he would keep to pay for his time. He then gave us an estimate of $1,400.00 to buy a new battery! How he could think that we could possibly trust & do business with him again was surprising! We are now having to fully pay to purchase a replacement battery for a minimum of $l,200.00 fully out of our pocket. In reading some of the other negative Yelp reviews for his Gutter Guys business, guess we feel the same for his BoonDocking business. This company really went the extra mile for me. Been dealing with foundation issues and leveling. Had to reschedule with them several times at the last second because of the levelers and the weather conditions. There work looks so nice , clean and professional. Can connect my flexible ground pipe So I can control water direction and flow in my yard for watering trees, and my plants. Excuse the landscape project last picture. Had to share it for there extra mile they went. Forgot to mention I was raising the foundation in back to them during install, and needed the gutter drain spout raised 6 - 8 inches. They were back first thing in the morning and in five minutes fixed. (Last image) I am very pleased with the Company. There patients working around the levelers, and the weathers schedule. This company does EVERYTHING RIGHT! I interviewed three companies. Gutter Guys responded immediately w a professional quote. One never provided an estimate. Other was a scribbly mess. The quality of the gutters is excellent, as well as, the downspouts. I opted for the really good screens since I have many pine trees near the house. Where the gutter is along the trim, it is brown. Where the downspout starts, I have green. I wouldn't have known yo ask for this. They did it automatic! Everything blends into house unnoticeably. They are total pros and know how to do it right! They're so good, book in advance. They stayed in touch w me. They arrived on date they specified and finished on time. They were tidy with the work site and careful with their ladders on a freshly painted house. You won't be disappointed!! I wasn't! I am so happy that I chose them! read more

I was very disappointed with Gutter Guys and would not recommend them. They were evasive and dodged my additional questions to be sure I was comparing "apples to apples". When I told Bill I was getting two other estimates and would have an answer for him the end of the week, he immediately rescinded the estimate....very strange. The other comparable estimates were substantially less for the same service and products. I generally write five star reviews but this experience was such a gut punch and wake up call I wish I could give gutter guys a zero star review. read more

We hired Gutter Guys SEAMLESS Rain Gutters to hang gutters on our home. We were NOT satisfied at all with the job that was done. First of all, in order for them to save money and not have to send a two man crew, we did NOT get a SEAMLESS gutter installed! They made two sections and put them together, thus making the whole reason to have SEAMLESS.....nil! They used brackets that were supposed to be closer together, but they spaced them further apart than they were supposed to be....also to save money. We called and complained and they ended up cussing out a family member, and they hung up on us!! Can you imagine? This is good customer service!? I wish I hadn't paid them in full, because now....I will have to hire someone to come and do it right. I do NOT recommend them for any work and their lack of professionalism is inexcusable! read more

We had recommendations for Gutter Guys from fellow residents in Verde Santa Fe Subdivision. Like the previous comments, we were NOT happy with their work nor their customer service. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. We did not get the product we asked for (seamless gutter on our home) and when we complained, we were basically told "tough". Sadly, we'd already paid them. We have MORE gutter work to have done on our home but it will NOT be with Gutter Guys. VERY unprofessional company! read more

I see the Gutter Guys haven't changed! They put in our gutters about 10yrs. ago and during the first rain we had water pouring into the wall of our bedroom and soaking our new carpet. All we got was a "so?" attitude and no offer to fix or figure out why. Turns out the seams weren't crimped in the downspout over the corner of our bedroom and the rainwater siphoned right into the wall. We had to pay another company to find this and fix it. (a simple fix). Interesting to see that Gutter Guys attitude hasn't changed.. no customer care after the initial job . I would not recommend them. read more

Did not use correct gutter for our home. Actually they caused extensive moisture damage to the inner walls of house during rains which had not begun before. When the owner came to look. He claimed after a five minute inspection he said it was not his fault even though we had never had a leak before installation of his gutters. His men completely botched the work. They had pulled out the flashing and caused extensively damaged to the inner walls of our home during rains. I very rarely complain on line but he became very rude to my wife and I. I would warn anyone thinking about having to beware of this company. read more

The bid and service was professional and we have not experienced any problems with the gutters. Their install crew was courteous. My problem with the company is that they are trigger happy with the collection process. We left down shortly after the work was performed. I called to offer a credit card payment which they would accept only with a 3 percent surcharge. Less than 30 days after the work was performed I received a nasty email based upon the "delinquency" of payment. My check was mailed out at around 30 days after install, after we returned home. I still received multiple calls from a notice/lien company out of California. I understand that they are entitled to payment. However, I would never again do business with a company that cares more about their receivables than how they treat their customers. read more
