Well, every once in awhile you come across somebody who just does a great job at what they do and is a pleasure to deal with; Window Wranglers is such a company. Great communication right from the start, very fair and reasonable pricing, and excellent performance and service. Called on them to clean our solar panels which were filthy and they were able to squeeze us in earlier than they had anticipated and got the job done with which we are very satisfied. We also had them hit a couple of the hard to reach windows which they did as well. If you need any form of window cleaning and/or solar panel cleaning I can't recommend this team enough. Have you ever sat up in the middle of the night, heart beating wildly realizing you haven't cleaned your gutters in two years and it's monsoon season?! Don't judge =). The next morning (Thursday) I went outside to take a look at a few of the gutters I could see from our elevated back yard. I realized we were in big trouble. The gutters were full of water and roof shingle sand. We knew our roof was damaged in the hail storm last July but we didn't put two and two together. All that sand rinsed directly into our gutters causing a major backup. I did some research and came across Window Wranglers. Kelli answered my call and informed me Ricky was headed out of town but would have him speak to me. I will admit my heart sank a little knowing he was going out of town but I knew I would have to be patient. We all know getting anything done quickly in our area is a challenge. Ricky came over to the phone and said he was putting luggage into the car as we spoke and heading to Florida. He said he would be back on Saturday and could be at our house on Sunday if that was ok. I was so impressed and so excited I thought it was too good to be true. This morning (Sunday) Ricky knocked on our front door and was so friendly and so professional. He explained his process and immediately got to work. Ricky spent three hours cleaning and clearing out our gutters. He cleared out three, 5 gallon buckets of rain soaked shingle sand from the gutters. Each one of those weighed about 60 lbs. That is collectively 180 lbs! I'm surprised the gutters just didn't fall off the house with all of that weight! We were mind blown and so thankful Ricky was able to respond so quickly. Ricky and Kelli have forever customers.
