There was a few spots we had leaking that my husband was able to seal up, they were at connection points which is guess can happen. That didn't make me feel any different about this company. Had I noticed it within the warranty period they would have take care of it. Either way we currently have no issues with the gutters. We clean our gutters every few weeks because the neighbors around all have pine trees that we end up having tons of pine needles from. One thing that was amazing about Acme is that they saved us money by repurposing old gutter we did have, for the shed. I can appreciate a company saving me money like that! These folks are local residents here, who value serving their small town! I'm so glad I chose them over bigger companies! I find that their price to place gutters on my entire house was far more reasonable than other companies I had called. So I would 100% recommend Acme Gutters!

After almost laughing out loud I was offered a 20% reduction if I scheduled immediately. I refused and was then offered an additional 10% discount. I took a pass on this tactic. Days later they msg me and said they would do it for $3800 if they could do it tomorrow. I ignored their best price. While $3800 is a fair price I couldn't stop thinking about how many people unknowingly We're taken advantage of. They were just going to pocket an extra $4000 dollars on a small gutter job. Beware.

In a very recent rain storm, I had two spots where water just poured off of the gutters right in front of my front and back doors. OK, that is in the contract, BUT WHY WAS THAT NOT EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN I HAD THE LEAF FILTERS INSTALLED? VERY MISLEADING!!! On a positive note: After complaining that they wanted to charge me $95 just to come out and see what the problem was, I did get a call back from the district office. That is one positive thing in favor of Leaf Filter. BUT, if you are considering purchasing Leaf Filter for your home or business, my recommendation is either DO NOT PURCHASE Leaf Filter, or make sure that you ask pointed questions to the salesman regarding all the "fine print" statements in the contract. Otherwise, you may have a problem, only to discover that the "lifetime guarantee" is not all that was promised. Right now, I am very unhappy and not at all satisfied with this company.
