The adjuster came out and was great said they would get me a quote in 2 to 3 days max. Cut to a week later no quote so I called in to check on the status and was told every time I called in..it should be end of the day. That went on for 3 weeks the last time I called in I was told it would be done by Friday of that week and to give them time. Friday came and went and no call or quote. I called today and was sent to VM which then just hung up. I called back and asked Theresa if the owner was there and was told everyone was gone for the day and that there was no quote at 9 am. I asked if they didn't want to work with me to just let me know so I could find someone else after a month. I was told that was not her place but that there was no other help to give me. Mind you I waited a month to be told they were not even providing me a quote. Now I have to start completely over because of them. I would never ever use this company. And honestly good luck getting your work done if this is how they treat someone just being patient and giving them ample time to quote work to be done.

I've had quite a few roofers knock on my door over the last several storm seasons and I had been…read morewaiting for some storm to make a new roof covered by my insurance.  Albert simplified the nuances of how the claim system works, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable by walking me through all the processes. Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me.   Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.) We scheduled to have a few rooms (three of our four) done plus our couch and after thinking about it decided to add the extra room, hall and a linen headboard. They were super accommodating and flexible for us to be able to add in these things and explained so much ahead of time in relation to what to expect and why (I didn't even think you'd need that for just carpet cleaning but you'd be surprised!) I felt like everyone actually knew what they were talking about and what they were doing. The guys showed up at our house on time, they were professional and friendly as well. They explained again the process, made some solid recommendations- did not feel like they were salesmen at all! The carpets, couch and headboard look awesome and we are super pleased with the price as well. Definitely would use TG's again.

I cancelled my Sunday plans to wait to meet them and texted around noon to see if they were coming and received a two letter answer... "No". Haven't heard from them since and feel the response was unprofessional. Especially since I didn't ask him to come on Sunday and it caused me to miss out on my only day off by waiting around for them. In all fairness, they do appear to be doing a nice job on my neighbor's house so maybe it's just me he didn't like (3 stars reflect that).
