Not only did they do a great job at a fair price, but on his own, Bill redid a few areas that he wasn't satisfied with even though I thought it looked fine. When it came time to repaint the house, the only person I called was Bill. When we inspected the home together, we noticed some areas that required repair as well as paint. I didn't have to hire anyone else, Navajo was able to perform all aspects of the work, again at a very fair price. The finished product looks great, better than it did when it was new. I'm very comfortable highly recommending Navajo and its owners, Bill and Misty Brown.

I turned around and they were in their truck speeding off. Very rude and unprofessional. In addition, when I made the appt. he basically said my pellet stove was probably too old to service (without even looking at it) and I would be better off buying a new one. The initial job was OK, but the warranty lacks follow-up from Nick…read more My new Shower worked fine for almost a month. Then I discovered water around the outside. It got worse, and Nick came out and fixed the leak. It seems that a few nails had hit the water pipe, an installation error on EAA's part. Nick fixed the problem within one day, including the damage outside the bathroom caused by the water. The problem is that Nick refuses to finish up the job. He used black screws on the fascia(?), reversed the hot and cold on the shower valve, and did not re-caulk two vertical seams. The fascia also needs to be repainted so the black screws don't show. I have been bugging Nick for about 3 months; he texts me that he will come in a few days, and then nothing. He eventually told me I was on the schedule for 9 months out. At this point, I do not believe anything that Nick says.
