These guys are great. They show up, they know what they are doing, and prices are reasonable. Tony is amazing!

E&S had a tech and his apprentice come out and quicky unclogged my toilet drain. They have the equipment for all levels of unclogging . I have had two other companies not have the proper equipment on the truck and cost me money without fixing the problems. They are a little more expensive, but in the long run, they do a professional and complete job. read more

Quick response and dispatch, polite and professional service. Excellent work snaking the kitchen drain and clearing the clog. Affordable and fast. read more

We called E&S plumbing this Saturday to possibly schedule a service call for a hose faucet leak outside our home. Tony spoke with my husband and me and explained the weekend charges for a service visit and then explained the likely reason for our leak. After talking with Tony we decided to hold off on a service visit and use a different nozzle on our hose to reduce the pressure on the faucet. Super wonderful of him to volunteer the information to help us over the phone. We are going to continue to be their customers. We have always been super happy with the team there at E&S Plumbing! Thx again, Tony!!! read more

Great company. Multiple excellent experiences. They are prompt, competent, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Big shoutout to Tony and the team at E&S Plumbing who came out quickly to assess and fix a substantial water leak that was not easy to diagnose. They were communicative, made sure not only the leak was fixed but relit my water heater and ensured other appliances were working properly, and had things up and running quickly before a storm rolled in. Very appreciated and highly recommended! read more

Worst experience ever! Driver was speeding and driving recklessly on the road! Window down cussing everyone in his way! Would not recommend! read more

E & S Plumbing Services - Driving recklessly - Plumbing Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

I had a hose bib that was leaking - not dripping - water was running out of it.  Last year I replaced the seals but that repair didn't last. Called E&S and told them it wasn't an emergency (I stopped the water running by attaching a hose with a nozzle) so Ryan came out a few days later. He looked at the bib and said it would have to be replaced and quoted me an all-inclusive price (trip/labor/part) that was reasonable.  The hose bib connected to the house plumbing under the house for freeze protection but it's fairly easy to get to (you can almost stand up under there). Ryan was finished in about 30 minutes and everything checked out fine. No complaints. read more

I do recommend and would use E & S Plumbing Services again. I had a back up in all my toilets. Called E & S at 7:30 am and they sent a plumber out at 9 am that morning. Although I imagined the worst, the clog was caused by roots in the drain to the sewer in the street. It was easily resolved and very affordable. James was very professional, explained what he was doing and finished the job quickly. read more

I called E &S because I had several leaky faucets after the storms. I was so excited to have someone actually answer the phone. The office assistant was more than helpful. She worked around my schedule and had her team there within the hour. The plumbers provided excellent work and stayed within the limits of their quote. read more

Terrible follow up. Problem not resolved and only solution offered was a DIY fix. Cannot find any reason to call them again.

Called for estimate on hot water heater and they wanted to charge a $70 fee for an estimate and a fuel charge to come out. Would not pay that much for an estimate. read more

I set up an appointment to install two faucets. The scheduler did not mention that E&S does not guarantee their work if the customer buys the faucets. I bought 2 Delta faucets from Home Depot. I could have returned them and bought the faucets from E&S but neither the scheduler nor the plumber who arrived mentioned that important detail. The total Labor only charge $450.00 The hot water faucet in the bathroom leaked all night. It would not shut off after they left. I called for a return visit and was told they would "try to squeeze me in by the afternoon." When I told them I felt I should be one of the first on the schedule I was told "well maybe it won't be till Monday". Clearly showing that I was not a valued customer. I finally got the call that the E&S manager had decided it would be Monday and I would have to pay to correct the poor work done already. I won't be gambling with E&S plumbing again. It's a Friday afternoon so I'm stuck waiting till Monday to try and get someone else. What a mess! Verifiable customer experience. read more

I spoke with a man named Shane on the weekend for an emergency leak from our cistern pump. We've had no running water for days. Yeah, we literally stink. I texted photos and videos and said if it's not doable, no worries, we'll go down the list of plumbers since this was an emergency. He assured me it was doable and said he would have someone sent out first thing Monday morning, 8AM. At 8:30 AM Monday, a lady (Janelle?) from the office called me to say they weren't sending anyone, ever. Because well pumps and cisterns are not offered in their services. I told her about the conversation I had with Shane and asked if I could speak to him. She said he was just busy and they were reluctant to book for him. I got the impression she just wanted to brush me off. No apologies at all. We were willing to wait even another week if we could get a straight answer and a firm appointment, or a referral to another specialist (which is how things usually work in this town--you try to help each other out because skilled service is hard to come by). Janelle didn't even try to work with us. So while the initial contact with Shane seemed positive, the interaction with the office and no-show were really disappointing. I work in the service industry as well, and this is no way to conduct good customer service. read more

Courteous, quick to respond, fair pricing. Only folks that I will use in town. Seriously I have used their services twice and each time they have been a fantastic help. I really appreciate their work and availability read more

My friend had a bathroom pipe plugged and called them. His bathroom was 22 feet from the main sewer line but yet the tech ran 132 feet of clean out line and charged him almost $250 to do it. He called the city the next day and they came right over and told him the tech ran his snake down the city main. What a rip off. Don't recommend this company in any way. read more

We have a recurring plumbing issue and over the years gave used 2 other companies. Both of which have less than 3 stars on Yelp. This guy spotted a problemn the other two should have seen during one of their many visits. Easy to schedule, prompt, nice, reasonable. I would try this company before any other in Flagstaff. read more

We have used E & S for all of our plumbing needs for going on 8 years. They are responsible, courteous and extremely talented plumbers. EXCELLENT customer service in an era and town where customer service has died and gone to hell. If you live in Flagstaff there is only one plumbing company that won't give you the shaft and that is E & S. read more

Have had E&S plumbing out to my house a few times for plumbing needs. Always good with communication and on time. Most importantly they work with integrity which is rare these days. Will continue to use again. read more

First trip to do job plumber was 1 & 1/2 hours late. Looked at job and made appointment to come back 6 days later. I was told on both occasions it was about a 4 hour job. Plumber was courteous but unprepared. Left twice to go get parts. Was told he would be done by noon. Left at 3:30. I missed 1 & 1/2 days of work to be here. I feel there should have been more honesty and be prepared with parts and tools to do job efficiently and in a timely manner. read more

What a great experience with E & S Plumbing. Logan was on time, courteous, professional and spot on with his plumbing skills and experience. The shower knows were 50 years old - and he managed to find the right parts to repair. Charges were honest and reasonable. We highly recommend Logan! read more

Our small tankless water heater stopped working. My friend Eric with Mammoth Restoration recommended I call April at E & S plumbing. April gave us amazing customer service and scheduled James to visit us ASAP per our schedule. James arrived promptly, checked our system and determined that the heating element reset had been tripped. He got our hot water running again in no time and made recommendations on how to order replacement elements and how to replace them myself when they inevitably fail. E & S charged us a reasonable fee for the visit. We will be calling April and James with our future plumbing questions and needs! read more

Our plumbing was backed up and needed sewer snaking. Water was overflowing our toilets and tubs. E & S Plumbing came out right away and cleared all blockages before 10am. Excellent service, I would highly recommend them. read more

They charge trough the roof. They will tell you approximately how much it would cost and when they do work on hourly basis they would take their own time and charge $105 and hour and $160 for OT. I will not hire them for any projects and I do not recommend them as they are here just to swindle money from customers. read more

Top notch. My checklist is quite short when I am looking for a plumber. First, are they responsive? I can't tell you how many times I have had a problem and how difficult it can be to get someone to answer their phone. E&S answered right away and they were able to help me same day. Second, are the any good? Well, they have been able to repair every problem I have had with my old home every time without having to "wait for parts." even with having an older home with older parts. Third, are they affordable? I have 15 properties that I manage and I have shopped many a plumber in my day these guys are by far the most consistant with their pricing. They may not always be the cheapest but in my experience sometimes it is well worth any extra cost to get it done right the first time. Take it from a property manager on this one they are the best. Thanks E&S for making my life easy. read more

Outstanding plumbers, great company, great customer service. My go to plumbers in Flagstaff.

They found the leak in my house when other plumbers could not. Responsive and did the job right.

First I want to say, thanks. We had leak in our water heater hose line, I tryed slow the water down myself, That's when you say to yourself, hey dumb ass, you are not a Plumber ( or it was my wife saying that to me, lol) But we called you guys, Ben came over, fixed the leak in great time. I was shocked that price wasn't so much more, You guys will always have us as customers. Thanks E & S Plumbing and Ben. Merry Christmas read more

What a great company! Have used them a number of times for our mothers house. She has some dementia so we have to meet the plumber there, today was no exception to their awesome service. We had originally scheduled for Wednesday, but they called and moved us up to today. Logan called immediately and we met him there. What an awesome young man, extremely polite and COVID 19 aware. As this is the third time we have used them, we can now see that is a standard practice to be great. read more

I called a few other plumbing companies and everybody was full and could not take care of my issue for at least a week. E and S was able to come out in 2 days at the time that I needed. Our service man was Ryan, and he did a very good job. Was very professional and respectful and friendly. Most of all it was a tough project it took him about an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours to complete the job and the bill was only $142.00. I will be using these guys again. read more

You should probably stop reading reviews now and just call these folks. Great advice saved me a ton of money - and worked out even better than I expected. Showed up on time - and called on the way out. I truly appreciated E&S. read more

I must say E & S Plumbing has come through twice for us now and we are very pleased. We called them today, January 5, 2020, at 8:05 AM and he showed up at 9:00 AM. The trip charge was only $25, not $200 like other plumbing companies charge, and Dan Etch was very helpful. The charge for the total plumbing rebuild of our one and only toilet was $182, all parts, labor, and trip included. We are seniors and this is not something we can do ourselves anymore (we can't get into the space). I do know that Dan had to let three of his plumbers go recently due to poor performance and they now work for a competitor, including the one in October evidently ... he takes responsibility for those workers so any bad reviews from them are probably accurate. The good thing is that the proprietor will take the work himself before keeping bad techs! We highly recommend E & S Plumbing and suggest that if you have a bad experience with a tech, let Dan Etch know right away to give him a chance to make it right. read more

Called today (Columbus day) and was told they could have someone in about 30 minutes. Logan was in about 20. Fixed my clogged sink in a jiffy. Great service and very nice gentleman Logan was. Thanks. I highly recommend this company. read more

What kind of holiday would it be without a plumbing disaster? Thanksgiving morning and we have all our downstairs toilets overflowing and sewage backed up in the tub. Had my wife call E&S while I was still freaking out, they came out within an hour and had us fixed up in no time, and at a very reasonable charge. Very professional and they gave me a lot of good advice on preventing similar problems and on maintaining our septic system. Highly recommended. read more

We called E & S Plumbing on a Saturday and were told we would get a call for service on Monday. Sure enough we received a call that Monday morning and had a plumber at our place within an hour. Had a plumbing emergency today, Labor Day. Called Rooter Rooter who claimed on their website to have emergency holiday service. No one ever returned my call. After reading reviews I called E & S. Tony answered my call and let me know he could be at my place as soon as he finished with his current customer. Within an hour he and his co-worker we at my door and got right to snaking my clogged sewer line. They were very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

I called E&S plumbing for what I thought was a simple bolt replacement on a toilet. The plumber they sent, Jon, realized that the issue was much more serious and that the toilet had been improperly installed when my home was built. He showed me what was wrong and instructed me to call the builder of my 3 year old home. He even looked at my other toilets and found a second issue. Today, my builder is rectifying the situation. I can't thank E&S and Jon enough for their honesty and professionalism! I will definitely use E&S plumbing again! read more
