And given the quality of his work, his rates are excellent. Above and beyond his considerable plumbing skills, he's also an artist in the way he runs the pipes and mounts other equipment involved. I should add we've had David take care of all of our elderly mother's plumbing requirements and she raves about how nice he is! Later this year he'll be repiping our entire home. Very disappointing experience with Assurance Plumbing…read more I paid $225 for an inspection that took less than two hours, with the clear understanding that I would receive a quote/estimate for all of the work I had requested. Unfortunately, they did not provide the pricing or estimate as requested. I contacted the company afterward and requested a refund. They apologized multiple times and told me they would call me back, but they never followed through. At this point, I paid $225 and did not receive what I expected from the service, nor did the company follow through on its promise to address my concerns. Based on my experience, I found their communication and follow-through to be unreliable, and I would not recommend Assurance Plumbing.

They were climbing under the house trying to find a clogged filter (that doesn't exist). Lee Davidson came out, did diagnostics, found the clogs and did the repairs efficiently and skillfully. Then I found out that he had actually installed it years earlier. So if you have a boiler, don't call a plumber or a heating company, call Davidson (they're both), that's my advice. He also came out at night and made sure we didn't have to sleep in the cold.
