They were climbing under the house trying to find a clogged filter (that doesn't exist). Lee Davidson came out, did diagnostics, found the clogs and did the repairs efficiently and skillfully. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the woman who took my call was friendly, knowledgeable and, as importantly, laughed at my stupid jokes. The tech showed up about 10 minutes early and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. The cold water valve inside the machine was leaking and would have to be replaced.
