I have a 12 year old LG front loading washing machine that started leaking on the bottom. My wife and I debated having it repaired or buying a new one. We decided to have it checked out and then make a decision. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the woman who took my call was friendly, knowledgeable and, as importantly, laughed at my stupid jokes. The tech showed up about 10 minutes early and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. The cold water valve inside the machine was leaking and would have to be replaced. The tech suggested also replacing the hot water valve. I agreed to the price and he had it repaired inside of 30 minutes. He also checked out the drum bearings and the pump. The tech was a great guy who cleaned up the inside of the machine and made sure everything was the way he found it. I couldn't be happier. read more

I highly recommend this company!! My dryer broke down. I called and had an appointment within a few days. Carlos came on time, he was professional, polite, courteous, and friendly. The owner of the company actually told Carlos I work the night shift and that I needed to be out of the house by 5 PM which was just awesome to me because not many people remember the small details of your personal life.
