Rex with RCR Handyman Services is awesome! He's knowledgeable, friendly, works at a fair and…read morereasonable price, and can do just about anything. We recently purchased an older home that required quite a few repairs, from plumbing to electrical to windows. He looked over our inspection report with us and helped us navigate what was essential to repair, what could wait a bit, and what wasn't really necessary at all. He set up a time to come back after we closed on the sale of our house and began making the essential repairs. He works quickly and I've been very happy with everything he has done - our house is in good hands for sure! Thankful to have his contact info handy for any future repairs we decide to do, and with an older home, it'll just be a matter of time. But he's the first person I'll call for any job!

Our shower sprung a leak. We didn't think it was a big deal. But it turned out to be much more…read moreinvolved than we had thought. Others that were helping worked hard trying to fix the leak, but ended up thinking that they would have to go through the wall and replace a lot of plumbing. But Jim of Aspen Services never gave up. He went above and beyond trying to find the problem, and he eventually did! He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated. We recommend him very highly.

I almost didn't contact them just because I hate my name haha but I'm so glad I did call them…read morebecause they were the only company who were helpful. Jim seemed like he genuinely cared and understood what was going on even before he came out, based on my description, and that was consistent throughout the work. He had to rent a tool to handle the situation properly evidently because his broke and was just overall ridiculously diligent in understanding and properly handling the situation from the start. Kind human and much appreciated. My roommate's bathroom was having issues and I'm not knowledgeable about plumbing so glad to have a professional who knows and cares about good quality work and customer service. I can't say enough good things about this company based on this interaction and it was regarding plumbing which isn't something I enjoy talking about, thinking about nor dealing with issues about lol. He was even initially contacting other companies for me to try to get anyone out, since his tool to fix it had broken, which just shows that a company can care more about their customers than about greed. I could tell genuinely that he cared about providing quality and helping people; my kind of people! None of the other companies really were communicative or even called me back by late the next day except for one, Royal, which I'll reviewed separately (not a positive interaction). With all the snow, plus it being so cold the fact that everything was handled with such a good attitude was impressive & appreciated as well. I'd recommend Aspen services without hesitation to anyone. Very professional and helpful. I'll be thinking of them first for other projects as it sounds like they can do a variety of home related maintenance or upgrades.

Jason was Fair, honest and extremely reliable. The job got done in a reasonable amount of time (faster than I expected), and it looks amazing! Everything works 100%, and I'm looking to have them replace a few more lights in my house next. The price was very reasonable, better than most big companies. They were recommended to me by another small, local contractor in town. I highly recommend Baxter Electric to anyone in need of electrical services. They are professional, and respect you and your home! I still have to do the drywall repairs this week, so I'll update the photos to reflect the completed work.

I thought it would be an interim hire, but the guy was so dependable and conscientious I never had a reason to hire my own guy (within my company) to maintain this property. There were times I wouldn't contact or hear from Paul for a month because he (and I) knew that he was just going to take care of things. Point is Paul is one of those rare finds in construction and maintenance that you can tell him what you'd like done and he just handles it. Best I can say is hire Paul for one project and you will be calling him for your next project and your project after that. When there was something nonrelated to his scope of work I would call him for a Flagstaff referral (I live in Phoenix) and he seems to know everyone up in Northern Arizona, so he has plenty of contacts. For someone like me (that lives out of town) Paul saved me thousands of miles and hundreds of hours traveling to Flagstaff over the course of the last four years~ because he just took care of it.
