We spent hours afterwards perusing websites to give him details on preferences. When simply asking if we could purchase items and have him install, communication ceased on his part. We were simply seeking clarification and got an initial retort of how he must be in control from commencement to completion. That would be great, however a follow up email from us has gone without response. Please consider this review heavily prior to considering the company. I cannot attest to work, but for planning I am totally shocked at the approach of a "professional."

My experience working with them was an absolute nightmare. LEARN FROM ME & DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I hired this company to do a renovation for me in Sedona. They required over $50k to even start the job. The way they applied the payment was crediting that money towards future work that was not even started. So you were constantly paying for work that was not even started yet. I also learned that they were also EXTREMELY overpriced. More than double what some other companies would have charged for flooring, painting, drywall, etc. On top of that their work was absolute crap. A lot 3/4 finished work that was already paid for and zero attention to detail. And they just kept asking for more money knowing I was unhappy with the quality of work they were producing. They also never met a single deadline they set. After 2 years of this and $200,000 paid to this company I finally fired them. I feel as if I got seriously ripped off. And to top it all off Mike L with this company proceeded to curse at me and raise his voice when I brought up these concerns.

Unfortunately the previous contractor had no idea what he was doing and one day a big crack developed in my house. I contacted Dan and he came the next day. Essentially my house was on the verge of collapse. Dan put in a temporary wall until it could be properly fixed. Dan even encouraged me to seek other bids all the while making sure not to hire another person who had no idea what he was doing. I decided to simply wait until Dan was available to complete the work knowing he knew exactly what he was doing. Dan fixed the problem and I couldn't be happier. He is very skilled, trustworthy and honest. It is not easy to find a quality contractor with any of those qualities so when you find one with all three you should consider yourself fortunate. I highly recommend Dan.
