Horrible customer service. We called to pick out our 3 granite slabs and April tellls us they are only going to put 3 of the 6 slabs that are available. That's not very accomodating as we want to see the two combinations of choices that we have. She tells us that they are the same as they come from the same book match. We have picked out many slabs of granite before and know how it works. read more

We were very disappointed with how we were treated at the Arizona Tile showroom in Prescott. We had one small bathroom to tile. We have money but didn't want to spend a lot on this particular project. As soon as we told the sales representative that she showed us to the cheapest tile in the back corner of the showroom and said that these are the cheapest we have, the prices are marked. BYE. I appreciate the staff wearing masks. I walked in, was greeted by a tile design expert Sandy, was done in about a half hour, left with samples. Granted this was just a shower remodel. Returned the next day and ordered tile that will be here in 3-5 days. Couldn't even get an appt that fast with a competing tile store. Easy Peasy. I have worked with Az Tile many times before but my salesperson didn't know that. I have never had anything but great work accomplished with them. Went in there to look at counter top slabs and was turned away and told we needed a fabricator. They wouldn't even accept a contractors license. Really got the feeling they just didn't want to help someone on a budget. I will make sure to tell everyone we know not to go there and definitely avoid the lady at the front desk. read more

We selected porcelain tile for our home six years ago. We have never been completely satisfied with the tile however never complained or went to Arizona Tile to ask questions about why we couldn't get our tile clean. Six years after our purchase my wife took a sample of the tile into Arizona Tile in Prescott and spoke with April. To make a long story short, April was FANTASTIC and went way above and beyond to help with our situation. After multiple phone calls she arranged to have Chad come to our home and survey the situation. Chad spent two hours on his hands and knees using multiple different cleaners until he found a cleaner that would clean our tile and remove spots in the tile. I can't not begin to express my satisfaction with this company and these two individuals! I will recommend Arizona Tile in Prescott to anyone who asks. Drive 45 minutes to AZ tile, this was our second visit in four years to them. Was thrilled with our granite counter tops for the home and when it came time to renovate our master bath we paid a second visit. We had great help from Nancy in picking a good tile that fit our needs. The order was delayed several hours due to a breakdown with the delivery truck and the order Department took care of us with a discount on our overall cost. Arizona Tile is a great place to do business with when you have a decorating project to do. Incredible selection, reasonable to great pricing, and best of all incredible service. I know when you are trying to find the perfect tile color or granite pattern you usually want to look at several places or at least my wife and I both do, but always make sure you include Arizona Tile in your selection process! Plus they always have samples to take home where you do not have to purchase them. read more

Love the tile selection and customer service is great. My only suggestion is that staff be trained that your tubes of caulking can be used in lieu of grout for small projects. I did not need a 10 or 25 lb bag of grout, but I wouldn't have know either had my installer not told me. Always helpful and friendly staff and I would come back for future projects. read more

We've done two projects using the Prescott location. For our kitchen and bathroom counter tops we liked the way we were given a map of their granite slabs and allowed to go out and browse through the slabs at our leisure. When we next decided to replace our fiberglass tub and shower units with tile they were very helpful in showing us which groups would be most appropriate for that purpose and then letting us browse until we made our selections. In both cases we were given samples to take home to see how they fit with other décor. And for both projects they gave us lists of vendors that we whittled down to get at least three bids each. deciding that granite bath vanity countertop was too much money, we went to arizona tile in prescott. sandy stretto greeted us at the door and politely inquired what we were looking for. we wanted porcelain tile that looked geological. sandy showed us all the available porcelain tiles on a giant display wall and we found exactly what we were looking for. she gave us a calculator, note pad, order sheet and pages of information on the tiles we selected. what a great experience. within one hour, sandy helped us calculate and write up and pay for the entire bathroom tile order. and the entire cost was less than a 48" marble slab would have cost. great customer service, great value. we drove back to pick up the tile and it was packaged to perfection for our 70 mile trip home. now the work begins !! thanks sandy and az tile for such a memorable experience. will send pictures when the bathroom is finished. read more
