He based this contention on a picture and knowing that this was a seasonal home, although we maintain a temperature of 52 degrees when the home is unoccupied. Research indicates that such gapping is well beyond industry standards. The floor also shows many bumps and surface irregularities, indicating inadequate floor preparation. They offered to come to have a look, but it was obvious from his response that nothing was going to be done to remedy the issues. Not wanting to perpetuate his argumentative and somewhat condescending tone, I chose to address the issue on my own. I also contacted the manufacturer, Karndean Design Flooring, but received no response. I would not recommend Prescott Flooring Brokers in Prescott Arizona!

We contacted Tile, Perfected about replacing the tile on our front porch. (A previous owner had…read moreinstalled slate and it was cracking and splintering in several areas.). Tony responded to my call the same day and came out to take a look at the job. He recommended that we consider a porcelain tile which would stand up better to the freeze and thaw cycles (vs slate). He also suggested that we consider finishing off the front-facing (vertical edge) of the porch with a metal trim piece and tile extending to the ground. This was something that no one else had recommended. Tony, and his assistant Alex, did a meticulous job of removing the old slate, grinding down the old adhesive until the surface was completely flat. They also sealed some cracks that had appeared under the old slate. They were very meticulous about laying the new tile. The tile installation came out better than we imagined, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The communication throughout the project was very good and Tony was very pleasant to work with. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the communication, quality of work, attention to detail, and the cleanup . If you are looking for a high-quality tile installation, be sure to check them out !

When I tried to get Wesley to come back to fix some loose tiles that were coming up due to improper thinset mix after two years, I was told it was beyond the warrantee. A neighbor had to come help me when Wesley told me I was no longer covered. I have remodeled several houses in my life and this was the sloppiest, most carefess, workmanship ever. Don't know what happened to the Katsina but son's friend was added to the crew without my knowledge. Very disappointed to this day that I chose this company. If you use them, they need constant supervision to not be sloppy and to complete the job per their contract.
