I have used precision marble before and been happy with the quality and durability of the product…read more This time I ordered three vanity tops. The undermount sink on one was off center with the vanity, the drain, the mirror and the light fixture and I was told that because the old top had been demo-ed before the measurement was done they didn't realize that the sink should have been centered with the vanity, the plumbing, the mirror and the light. ( By the way, they suggested I do the demo in advance.) There was no mention during the process that this would occur and I was not consulted about the sink position. The solution offered was a discount on a new vanity top and the installation. The company took no responsibility for the error. So i am left to either pay more or live with their error and the additional plumbing expense. Is Precision Marble a risk worth taking?

Expert artisans and craftsmen! What I loved about UGM: 1…read more Work with AZ Tile to make the process totally seamless (a huge benefit if you're not using a general on your project!) 2. Attentive to your wants and needs; always get back to you in a timely fashion 3. Best seam work I've ever seen in stone. My island literally has a seam down the middle since it was too big for one slab to accommodate. You can barely find it even if you're looking hard for it. Incredible. 4. Neat, clean, respectful of your property 5. Punctual 6. Deliver a million dollar finished look I can't imagine using anyone else! You will be thrilled with UGM. For reference, we used Quartzite (not Quartz) and the color is Perla Venata.

As expected, we were a little hesitant when walking through the doors to Miele Floors, yet to our surprise it was a breath of fresh air :-) We were greeted by Janel who was so kind and pleasant to work with. She took the time to listen to our frustrations, desires and educating us with the right floor for our needs. The owner Jason was another breath of fresh air~ We met him in our home when he came to do the measurements and had such a wonderful time talking and getting to know one another he entered our home as a stranger and left as a friend. The two guys who installed our floors where just as wonderful, kind and easy to talk with. Not only were we impressed with the installer's professionalism yet, their quality of work was also PHENOMIAL!!! We highly recommend Miele Floors to everyone we talk to that is looking for this service as we know you will not be disappointed and you will find yourself having a few wonderful new friends ;-)
