The undermount sink on one was off center with the vanity, the drain, the mirror and the light fixture and I was told that because the old top had been demo-ed before the measurement was done they didn't realize that the sink should have been centered with the vanity, the plumbing, the mirror and the light. ( By the way, they suggested I do the demo in advance.) There was no mention during the process that this would occur and I was not consulted about the sink position. The solution offered was a discount on a new vanity top and the installation. The company took no responsibility for the error. So i am left to either pay more or live with their error and the additional plumbing expense. Is Precision Marble a risk worth taking?

He did not even offer to refer to a colleague so he wouldn't "step on the toes of his good client." For this reason, I reached out to Engrained in Prescott and was greeted by Seth. He actively listened to the situation and worked very quickly with management to determine if he could take over the project. Seth responded in mere minutes with concurrence. I look forward to working with Seth as he has provided a greater amount of insight and understanding than the Cottonwood location. A word of advice for management, train Cottonwood on business ethics and realignment as needed, perhaps with your Prescott representative. One thing led to another and we eventually did a full bathroom model. Able & Ready had various resources working on the project, including subcontractors. The bathroom was beautiful. But the leak came back. Able & Ready came out and tried to fix the problem but a year later same thing. This is where it gets interesting. ​ The owner came on-site, took full ownership of the situation and said they would tear out the shower and start over. And it's exactly what they did. The shower is even more beautiful than before and the guys were great to work with. I was shocked and amazed that Able & Ready took care of a tear out and rebuild like this. No argument and no problem. It is so rare in this world to find someone who cares and who stands by their work. They've created life long customers in us. I have no hesitation to refer them or have them do other projects for us in the future. They amazed us with their dedication and sincerirty.
