All 3 were fairly close in price but Cody was the only one to follow up after sending me a quote. He was able to schedule me for the time frame I wanted. Showed up on time and kept me informed during each step of the process. Everything went smoothly and I am so pleased with the results. He even had to come back and repair a spot where unfortunately a lizard got stuck which took away some of the top coat. After the repair, I wasn't even able to find the spot. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the visible black cord that was on the side of mailbox looked increasingly tacky each time I looked at it. My husband and I racked our brains on ways we could hide/camouflage the cord and we finally decided the best way would be to dig out the mortar between stones and hide the cord that way, running it to the back of the mailbox . I reached out to Mark with photos of what we were dealing with and how we thought we could fix and Mark made it happen, even working us into his busy schedule. Mark is a true professional craftsman and I'm thankful to have found him!

We bought a house with a newish roof from Central Basin ROOFING. It had a 2 year warranty and it…read morewas approaching 2 years when we purchased it. The house had been empty for a year and a half. We were doing a full renovation and noticed rain pouring down between the siding and called the company to take a look. The first visit he blamed it on the HVAC guys leaving a cap off a vent. The next rain we had the same issue and noticed water in the downstairs bathroom. We called them to come out and the guy said the wind had blown up some flashing. Next rain we had water coming down the wood beam ceiling through the center of the house. Things seemed to be getting worse. The guy came out and did some "patching" and later we learned he just poured tar in the valleys of the roof. The next rain was more of the same and when we called the owner he said he never had any issues with this roof before we bought it. We told him it had been empty and leaking the last 2 years. Nevertheless he didn't send anyone out to repair it. We called another roofer that was recommended by someone we trust and he said they put a new roof over old flashing and it all needs to be replaced. The shingles in the valleys of the roof will have to be ripped off and replaced. I would expect better from a $50K roofing job. Save yourself the money and frustration and use one of the many other roofers in Prescott.

The painters did little to no prep work (scraping, covering, pressure washing, etc.) prior to painting. They painted the ground, the rocks, our flower beds, hose bibs, etc.. midway through the project they randomly told us they were no longer going to paint our back deck. When we asked them to be more conscientious and considerate of our property, we got a bunch of attitude and aggression from both the painters and their manager Dave. When we brought up our issues to the owner, Matthew, we got the same angry/aggressive response as if we were in the wrong for speaking up. I don't know too many companies that stay in business by bullying and gaslighting their customers, but these guys are certainly trying!

When we first moved in we had a few minor repairs that needed to be done asap and he fit us in his busy schedule and did excellent work. We have had him do everything from exhaust fan replacement, removing carpet in a bathroom and replacing it with flooring. He replaced 2 toilets, repaired a hanging rain gutter and painted stair railings. He has replaced a side of our deck that was damaged and changed the design to match the rest of the deck. He used quality pressure treated wood and was climbing up and down to get this 2nd floor railing perfect. He is very busy (which means he is very good), so you might have to wait a bit for an opening in his schedule but he is worth it. Plus he is a very nice guy and easy to communicate with.
