We visited Prescott Flooring Brokers looking for accent tile for our master bathroom. We had a…read moresample of the tile that wanted from a prior home remodel but had been discontinued in 2025, so we knew what we were looking for. We were assisted by Brooke. Although we could not find what we wanted on the showroom floor, Brooke took our contact information and did some research online as was able to find a very close match to our desired tile. She ordered us a sample which arrived a few days later. We are very happy with the service provided and grateful to Brooke for finding what we were looking for.

Decent service at first, but months after installation of glue-down vinyl flooring through much of…read moreour home, we noted gaps between some of the planks large enough to stand a silver dollar on edge. Upon inquiry to the seller/installer, rather than offering a potential remedy, the GM assumed a defensive posture and claimed that this was normal contraction. He sent lots of data to support his contention, information that was never disclosed upon our initial visit!? The floor also shows many bumps and surface irregularities, indicating inadequate floor preparation. I joke that LVP in our instance stands for Lumpy Vinyl Planks... They offered to come to have a look, but it was obvious from his response that nothing was going to be done to remedy the issues. We decided to wait until warm weather returned, in the hope that the shrinkage would reverse and the gaps would close... They did not; in fact, they have gotten worse over the course of a very warm summer and have now spread throughout the entire installation! Since the company's original contention of normal shrinkage due to cool temps had proved to be inaccurate, I contacted the company again to inquire if there was anything that could be done while the product was still under their two-year warranty... They never responded! Since it appeared that I was probably on-my-own in addressing the issue, I contacted them again to ask if they could recommend a filler for the gaps, thinking that this might be the only route to deal with the unsightly issue. Again, No Response!?
