I couldn't be happier with my home remodel. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, Sam and his team…read moredelivered outstanding work with great attention to detail. He kept me informed, managed everything smoothly, and turned my ideas into reality. My house feels brand new, and the entire process was stress-free. I highly recommend him for anyone wanting quality craftsmanship and reliable service.

My advice for anyone looking at Pelleco:…read more 1. During your walk through, check to see if the design ideas are being written down by the contractor. 2. Do not let construction start until you have your approved design plans / drawings in hand and have personally inspected cabinets (and other elements) in-person prior to installation. 3. Check to insure that sub-contractors are licensed. 4. Be aware that YOU need to contact inspectors to inspect the work, Pelleco will not do that for you. 5. Safety items: Tile floors can contain cancer causing materials. You need to ensure your home is ventilated with an industrial fan during demolition. 6. A few other notes: A) Pelleco does not use a dumpster. Your home is the dumpster, until they can pick up the garbage. B) A portable outhouse will not be provided by Pelleco. C) You will have to inspect the work and notify Pelleco if something is done incorrectly or missed completely--there is very little inspection of work completed. D) Floors will not be leveled unless you specifically require that before the project begins. E. Workmanship requirements, as listed in ROC are unknown by the contractor and will not be managed to ensure a high-quality installation. F. Pelleco told me repeatedly that I expected perfection. I didn't expect perfection, but I did expect the work to be done correctly. I think anyone can see, from the attached photos, that this job was far from perfect. G. Expect to be asked for payment prior to the completion of each phase and the completion of the work overall. Don't fall for this as it will leave you with little leverage to ensure your job is completed and completed correctly. Our job was not completed and warranty items were left to me to repair. Just in case the contractor responds with "changes were made". Every change was done in writing and approved prior to installation. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I've attached a few pictures here.

I had been looking for a house in the Prescott/Prescott Valley area for about 6 months. A few…read moremonths ago I was negotiating for one that had a very old gas water heater and wanted an idea of what it would cost for a new one. I checked reviews here and kind of randomly called Mike. We spoke for a while and he was quite cooperative about helping me with my inquiry. I ended up not buying that house but fast forward to this month (July 2025) and I bought a house in Prescott. My home inspector found several issues that needed repair that involved several specialties (plumbing, carpentry, drywall). I remembered my conversation with Mike and called him. We had a preliminary discussion on the phone about what needed to be done, and he assured me that he was qualified in all the required areas. It's also important to note that Mike is a licensed contractor. Mike came to the house at the appointed time and date and reviewed my list and checked out the areas where the work was needed. He gave me an estimate based on the number of hours he thought the work would take over a three-day period. Having been around the block many times regarding home repair, I found the estimate to be competitive and reasonable. I hired Mike. He arrived on the job promptly every morning. He completed all the repairs within the estimated number of hours and with much care and expertise. I will definitely be calling Mike for any future work that needs to be done at my house.

Being bound to a wheel chair and my wife is not very big we were out of luck. I called Mike and he said he could stop by the next day which he did. He promptly figured the situation out and removed the old unit. He was very aloha friendly and worked very efficiently. His rates are a great value for the quality. I will definitely use his service again. I highly recommend him for you handyman or construction needs.
