The crews worked their way through the project, carefully noting how to move from one area to the next without cross-contaminating areas. Individually, the workers were cheerful, cooperative and determined to provide a very high level of service. The project took only a small amount longer than planned, with the final work completed with a very short delay. Whenever a question arose concerning the process, or adaptations being needed, I was asked for approval or direction. This made a long arduous task as efficient and easy as I could have hoped.
