However, soon after, we noticed issues: the house was left dirty, furniture was moved around, and wet towels were left undone. Despite providing feedback on our expectations, they dropped our account immediately, just two days before the next cleaning. When we called to discuss the situation, they told us to respect their boundaries and not to call. They claimed we no longer fit their business model after such a short time. We were left panicked and scrambling to find a new cleaner before the next guest arrived. You may say to yourself that there are two sides to the story - with this one, there isn't. They would not talk to us on the phone to get things straightened out. The reliability flew out the window in seconds and we were left stuck.
